same for empathy- people think they understand others but they don't and then it just ends up being them imagining others in their own shoes of past experiences. I've even met a struggling "psychologist" who wasn't good at being an empath even if he had good qualifications on paper.

@@dhengeythat's just a stupid way of analysing his behavior.
If you see or follow his podcast you can clearly see him interrupting when he want to make things clear for audience knowing that most of his audience is naive and isn't aware of the terms being used there. So recently he did that podcast with VCs you can see how they were using jargons which were related to the investment field and you can see nikhil getting into it trying to make it simpler for audience. That's actually a quality unlike TRS where this ranbir dude do nothing but nod his head to everything.

After reading all these comments, I understood that there's no space for people to be who they are. Well, these Zepto kids have raised thousands of crores in 24 months. Obviously, there's something about them that works.
Second, Nikhil is 16 years older than them and has lived almost double their lives. Obviously, he's the more patient and calm one. He might have also learned it the hard way.The Zepto guys know what they are doing and will keep improving, and that's what humans are supposed to do: make mistakes, learn, and change.
It's sad that people who have never gotten out of their comfort zone and are truly disrespectful of people who are making it are just using this platform to cancel others and find some worth in it.

No point having kids like these on such podcasts.. the Zepto guys don't even have patience to listen to Nikhil completely, that attitude isn't something I would like to see on my business idols..

I love most of NK's chats. But this seemed more like a KJo show with his BWood babies, and its not because of NK. I dont know who the ladies are and what they are doing in this show (I know this is a clip of a episode and there it will be clear if I watch the whole episode, I will pass). The guys seemed immature for someone leading a supposedly successful startup. I understand they are young, but running a company adds maturity beyond years. The guys I doubt were listening to what NK was saying or they didnt comprehend. He was giving you advice but you cut him short and ask for the same advice.

Nikhil you should ask this shit guys about the nuisance their stores create within the neighbourhood. Rowdy delivery boys, whole night loading unloading noises disturbing your sleep and the wrong side driving risks. This company makes people’s lives horrible.
