in my country they make gunpla cost around 800 - 1k+ here and these bootlegs lowers the price to around 200 - 500+, so if your on a tight budget you could buy the bootlegs but i wouldn't recommend it due to some problems if your inexperienced but if you are experienced you could fix those problems
For kitbashing without the guilt of destroying Bandai original form. Me personally, I bought 3 of the kits (1 original Bandai and 2 bootlegs). The bootlegs are used mainly for comparing to the original side to side, before and after kitbashing 🤣
Other than the sticker & snap fit issue I've been seeing around, this actually looks pretty nice. I like the gloss finish on the purple parts, although it might be the result of slightly worse plastic than Bandai. But it's something I had to apply top coat painting strategy to achieve on the Bandai kit.
Ok po plastic nya so far etu yung pinaka magandang hg bootleg from Gwitch na build ko, mejo mababaw lang tlga panel lines, and sticker di ganon ka gnda
3rd world countries have it hard. Even if people do get a decent job. a person's mininum wage for example here in the phillippines is just around 10-12$ for 8-10 hours of work not to mention some scalpers sells the kit for double or atleast +50% of the kit's actual price.
When the kit is already cheap as hell why make a bootleg 😭
To make it even cheaper
