I eat extremely fast because my dad was a hard working construction worker (plumber) who would only get 30 minutes for lunch and it was often 10-15minutes walk to the nearest sink to wash away the literal crap he worked in, therefore, he hardly had any time to eat... by watching him, I learned fast eating as well and have to force myself to try to slow down, to this day (now 47years old).
