I already have this microphone and it is excellent......but I have a question...when using it via USB there is a delay even when the ultra low option is activated...is it possible that a microphone with these specifications has a noticeable delay or I didint know adjust it right?
Hello! How can I control the gain of the microphone while using it with a android smartphone, only recording via camera app? It's there a possibility to set the gain in the Rode App and save it internally into the mic, to use it to record audio ib other apps?
Hello, I bought the microphone yesterday. In order to hear myself from the monitor, I need to increase the gain to 50 db with the help of ASIO. Is this normal? I hear some crackling sounds.
Hey there, that really depends on what your voice is like, how you're recording, whether you're using an interface or not, and lots of other factors. We'd recommend getting in touch with our support team here if you've got more questions about using your NT1 5th Generation: rode.com/en/support/contact
You just saved me. I have a project for school and just bought this microphone. Had no idea why the volume was so low on the mic. Thank you so much.

The Gain would essentially be fixed unless the software you are using can adjust the gain for you. The settings will not save on the microphone.
it's not Vaya, it's Via. Like Via Veneto. Means way, road in latin and Italian.

How can I access the Digital control panel if I'm just using the mic to talk on discord or something along those lines?
You will just need to adjust the audio from the audio settings directly from Discord :)
My rode nt1 captures a lot of unwanted audio, I put a limiter but it captures the littlest of movements not even background noise
We recommend acoustically treating your space to alleviate any unwanted reflections or using a dynamic microphone such as the PodMic or M1 :)
i cant use custom asio driver for windows
Hey there 👋 if you're having issues with the ASIO driver, be sure to chat to our support team here: rode.com/en/support/contact
Can the microphone be connected to a phone?
If your phone has a USB-C port, yes, if it has a Lightning port, no.
❤
it sounds super low, the music is way louder than my recording
We'd suggest normalising your vocal's gain and using some EQ and compression in the mix to highlight your vocals more
