This is something that my husband does all the time in his line of work. Thank you for showing just what happens when he does this, i just have to listen when he says "I had to put in another toliet today" lol That looks pretty easy so now I no my husband dont be working hard like he say he do lol Love Yall

Thanks for this video! I had a similar experience when I had a plumber come out for a leak and a smell. I never knew about the wax ring until I came across your video. You are very detailed and have saved me a lot of money because I am doing this myself.

You are right people will take advantage of kind hearted people. It’s really sad! I don’t think Drea wants to work for them 😂 They have to travel all over fixing stuff. That’s probably why they did a terrible job on ours because they were late to their next appointment.

That was Impressive Drea, solving the toilet leaks in a matter of minutes after so called " Plummers ". 🤷♀️ Took allday & the only thing they accomplished was making a mess 🤯. We all now know to check the type of wax ring needed & how to install it....

Hello 🥰 We should have followed our first mind and fixed it ourselves to begin with. But we wanted to give the warranty a chance to do what they were supposed to do. 🤦🏽♀️ I was in shock that they didn’t at least clean up after themselves. There was so much water on the floor I don’t know how they checked to see if they fixed it or not. But Thank God Drea is handy and we didn’t have to deal with them anymore.

Good workers r hard to find!! People want to due the bare minimum & expect to be paid!! I would report that worker because he either don't care r don't know what to do!!
I don’t think they knew what they were doing. They even made a trip to Lowe’s and still didn’t figure it out 🤦🏽♀️ they left the bathroom a hot mess with toilet water every where!!
So if ur toilet continues to run like after u try to fix the insider do u need a whole new toiilet?
Most of the time it’s just the wax ring or the seal between the tank and bowl.
I disagree. You need to let them know they did not resolve the issue. That’s facts not bashing. Why give credit where it is not due. Sometimes in attempts to do good, we do the wrong thing.
