Hi! For the sticky tool gem picker - i found wax diamond art pencils- u just sharpen them each time they get dull- they’re two in a pack for $1.49 at hobby lobby and they work the same as the others
I totally agree about the anti-static pouch! I hated getting the chalk all over my fingers. A solution for that is to clip the pouch with a binder clip, or something similar, to use as a handle. That works, but I still bought one of the brush type ones for the powder and use it all the time! 😂
This was too funny, I've had a Misti since they first came out and now have 5 of them and never until you mentioned it did I notice a scripture on it. @@ebriggs3498 I honestly don't understand your question. This was such a fun video Ralph! Really enjoyed how entertaining it was and so helpful in your explanation of the products! I enjoy your videos so much! Thank you so much for sharing this. I hope you have a fabulous day. Happy crafting☺️
Cool vid Ralph; Interesting rankings, most I agree with, but I love love my pokey tool/ die brush combo, as it is a must have in my craft room, while the foil machine and that crucuit joy, I can do without as I don’t need another ‘thing’ picking up space… in my opinion!! 😂❤
Thanks so much for sharing, really enjoyed hearing your experiences with these tools. I think it can be hard even as a seasoned crafter to make decisions about what is needed and worth the cost. Loved the tiers!
I'm agree 100% with you, Ralph. i was reluctant to buy a Misty for the same reason that you implied, so instead i buy an Tim Holtz stamp platform in Europe. And I love it. Its a "Give to me Rachel" for me. Thanks for your honesty ❤ Greetings from Buenos Aires, Argentina.
I've got blending/ink application tools up the wazoo. For Distress Oxides, domed blending foam on Ranger/Holtz watercolor paper is probably the best. With dye inks, just rubbing the brush on a lint-free dish towel (useful for so many things) until you don't see much, if any, ink, is probably the best way to clean them off. I generally don't even do that, because sometimes having just a little ink is handy, like when I want faint steciling on the inside of the card. I'll clean before I use them if I really want the exact color, but often a more complex color works fine. For some stenciling and for applying ink selectively to stamps, those squishy foam pouncers work pretty well. (Having to have two sets of these things-one for oxides/pigment inks and one for dye inks gets expensive.)
I agreed with most of your rankings. I appreciated the clever categories you used. That was fun. I’ve never been on TikTok so I am glad you shared the explanations at the start. I had no idea there was a Bible verse on the Misti (sad I know😂). Thanks for sharing, I enjoyed.
Gelli plates + acrylic paints + stencils + brayers = JOY. Oh, the backgrounds you can use. The Switch electric dye cutting machines due to it size and no cranking has it own cart in my area. I did acquire the Gina K die cutting crank machine due to the size and yeah the pressure dial which eliminates the need for extra plates, etc. I prefer the Tonic stamping platform over the Misti for size, no edges. Such videos evaluating tools is always fascinating. Fair evaluations.
So glad you are back making videos on TH-cam. Loved your recent ranking video. I totally agree regarding the MISTI. Also agree with your ranking of the sticking mat, a game changer! Having enjoyed cardmaking for many years, I have tried most of the items you had in the video. Your rankings were spot on! Great video for newcomers to the sport of cardmaking. I look forward to your videos for new inspiration!
OMG... I couldn't stop laughing with your categories! I'm so glad I didn't get into some of the things in "Divorce Babes" category. I feel validated. Keep up the great videos!
I really enjoyed this assessment! I agree with the "give me to me rachel" but I dont have the springy scissors. I don't use my e-cutter much, and I'd rather paint or use colored pencils. I do like my "misti", which is a different brand. (I don't like the purple, either! Reason enough not to buy that one for me!) I do love my pokey tool, so it would go up on top. I use the brayer more for pressure on a glued item, like the front cover of a journal just glued, etc. than rolling paint. Do you have a bone folder? I do love and use mine, and once vowed never to go anywhere without it! Thanks for the "show"! Happy Crafting!
I agree with most of your selection. It does totally depend on how it works in ones crafting space. It was great to hear why you put them where you did. This was good to consider. 🙂
For long-blade scissors, I like something that's non-stick (because I use things like Stick It sheets for fussy die cuts), though I'm also liking the Holtz ones because a really long blade does make it easier to cut straight. Here's a bonus tip: manicure scissors with a curved blade make cutting circles and curves so much easier. (I, too, hate fussy cutting. Again, for something with a straight blade, I like the ones that are non-stick. I've had other spring-assist scissors and didn't see much benefit.)
I made my Tonic/Holtz rotary trimmer more helpful to me by putting up a command hook right on the side of my kneehole (at the desk where my knees and feet go!) - it holds my trimmer perfectly out of the way and yet right there when I need it! I have hung more hooks also for frequently used products, like my shape stencils, my idea book ( which is held with ring binders) and my Heat It tool. Still plenty of room for me, and when I need these tools, there they r. Enjoyed this - TFS!
Love to hear your honest opinion of products! I have tried most of the products and do agree with your ranking on most. Everyone is different and to each his/her own of what works for them! Love your videos!
I agree with your description of product as the things you found wrong with them I have had the same experiences was good to watch. I have also bought products thinking wow I will use them but found them wanting like a pen like cutter to go around different shapes by tracing the outline of shape well it was hopeless couldn’t master it at all lol
Fun video! I loved the tiers even though I didn’t know what they were from 🤣. Just a suggestion! If you are investing in the BetterPress machine and their plates I would recommend getting their plates since they honestly foil better than the foil plates do. I’ve been foiling my BetterPress plates and they turn out fabulous! Then your plate does two things. It helps me justify the cost. 😊
Hi Ralph, thank you very much for your honest video ...I am new here..but I know your little videos für years..thank you for bringing so much the joy to all of us... you normally use a glue runner oops what is the correct name 🙈 a glue tool ... I like these tools but I never found my favorite one! Greetings from Germany 🥰 Patti-Sally🎨
I really enjoyed your video - thanks! You nailed many of my favorite tools. I would love to know more detail about using the Cricut Joy for sentiments, etc. I have bought several cricuts over the years but have never figured out how to use them correctly so they were either sold or given away. Your videos make it look easy! Thanks for sharing!
I find it very interesting to hear what different makers like and don't like. I am still pretty new to cardmaking, and it helps me when I want to buy something. I bought the Fiskars spring release scissors (sorry if that is the wrong name!) based on your recommendation in an earlier video and I am really glad I did! I have issues with my hands and wrists and these scissors are so comfortable to use. I love them!
Really great video, it's very interesting which things other crafters love and not love. I also love copics, but have the same Problem. The Waffle Flower Grip mat is a game changer for me ❤ I would appreciate to see more of these videos. Thank you ❤
Most of my stuff in the beginning was used. That helped me decide what I really wanted. It must be the IT tech in me but I lean toward electric cutters be it for dies or paper. I also finally said no to metal dies that match the stamps and added a scan and cut. I really appreciate designer sites that also offer a cut file for the stamps they create and are free. When you mentioned the verse in the Misti I was .. What??? Had to go check. I have never noticed that. Mine is about 4 years old. Of course that grid is always covered up LOL.. Enjoyed your thoughts and agree with many.
As a well seasoned card maker, I enjoyed this video. I have a MISTI it's still my go-to when stamping, but I don't stamp as much. I have the foiling machine to foil sentiments on occasions. I do use my BetterPress for sentiments much more. My die cutting machine is on its last leg, which is a Gemini Jr. Thinking getting Anna Griffin Empress machine because with age, it is harder to hand crank my Spellbinders Platinum machine. Favorites are heat gun, 3D embossing folders, distress oxide & inks along with Ranger Alcohol Inks and gelli plate. It's nice to have young talent come into the card making community. Best wishes to you.😊
I LOVE those tiers!! lol Sooo awesome and love your humor!! I agree with most of your categorizations too!!! Thanks btw for your comments on the Misti... I do have 3 (one of each size) as I seriously need the help lining up my stamping! lol But I don't enjoy the little verse and keep it covered. I think my favorite tools are definitely die cut machines... although my Anna Griffin Empress is top tier.... with my RA killing my wrists the electronic machines are a life saver!! And you are right... I recently gifted a friend my Copics and got the Ohuhu and also OLO markers and love how juicy and brighter they seem although I'm still on the learning curve with them!! lol Anyway... thank YOU for another fun and informative video!!! YOU are appreciated and just keep on being you and doing what you love kiddo!!
I agree on the Copic markers. I too have received some of the them dried out. I am expecting the nib replacement and I am hoping it works. Thank you for sharing this information.
The die brush works best with paper in the die.metal facing up and paper down on the foam pad. then roll back of the plate it pokes all the loose bits on to the foam. so when you take paper out of the plate almost all the bits are out on the foam which you can tap into your trash. Keeps image protected and easier clean up
This is fun and entertaining, thanks Ralph. For your issues with glue, I do recommend the MISTI Glue Press. I had it for a few months now, including a two week, no crafting, holiday, it just sits in its stand - and it has NEVER clogged once. I refilled it with various glues, they all seem to work. With the blending brushes, too, I had an epiphany moment this year: the huge big fluffy Spellbinders brushes did for me what no other ink blending tool has done: perfect ink blends! As for cleaning them, „I don‘t“ seems to be the right approach: you just need a separate set for die inks and Oxides (those seem to work great with the sponges for me - velcro issues aside) and one for each colour family and your good…
I might need to look into those bushes! I'm a big fan of the Hero Arts blending brushes and have a full lineup of those. My brushes that got crusty after washing them were a fairly cheap set from Amazon...maybe that was the issue lol.
my first time watching one of your videos; loved it. I love my misti, reverse tweezers, and my Silhouette Cameo machine - similar to cricut. Thoroughly enjoyed this video.
Agree with you on pretty much everything. My newest favorite right now is layering stencils game changer since my artistic coloring sometimes not so nice. BTW first time viewer and I will be going and watching more of your videos.TFS❤
I finally found a use for the die brush! When there are lots of tiny pieces left on my cutting plate, I use this brush and scrub side to side to remove them! Works like a charm - too bad I just learned it yesterday. I agree on die cuts, too hard on the paper.
Loved your information on deveral things. Especially on the alcohol pens. I agree Copic pens snd hot foil items are too costly. Thanks for the ideas you presented.
You should try diamond press marquise machine, i love it for really intricate dies, cuts 1st pass every time. Only negative would be its Not a 6 inch opening! I wish they would made it a little wider😂 Carol
Thank you for this helpful video. We love your videos and appreciate your talent and personality. Hubby and I have spent the day relaxing watching your videos and getting inspired ♥️♥️♥️
Thank you for this. I agree with most of your ratings but especially the glimmer hot foil machine and plates. I have used it quite a bit and results are very inconsistent. Keep crafting!
Awesome Video Thank You, love the honesty :) Wish I knew all this before I started shopping 2 years ago,...lol aww well, "full craft room, happy, busy little crafter" I say ..... 😉 Sadly I have almost every item here in your list and much more ... I so agree with all, except for the weeding brush, love my weeding brush :) plus I don't own a 'wax pen', I just use my Dimond Dot Art pen (so much cheaper) :)
You're just such a fresh voice in the field. These rating are HILARIOUS. I am just about 100% in agreeance with you on these rating. I don't have a Cricut though. I was gifted a Big Shot for my birthday in 2021 and it was a complete gamechanger, right next to my Tonic Tim Holtz Stamp Platform. I do love my TH brayer too and any of my embellishment dots like those pearls or sparkly ones would put up to Get in Loser. My Sidekick is non-negotiable. Def a must have, also at least Get in Loser. I just got a goat hair anti static brush and there is no powder involved. It's a natural ionic effect. I have Spectrum Noir alcohol pens and find the brush tips really soft which has me going out of the lines a *lot* due to me pressing too hard (even when I lightly brush it across the paper). That's user error, I suppose, but I am looking for a new marker which has a firmer soft brush tip. Would you say the Ohuhu ones fit that bill?
I foiled long before the Glimmer. Yes, you can do cool things with the plates and with toner foils and the rest, but sticky embossing powder or liner tape or duo gel or tacky glue can give you some of the effects without much expense. Similarly, although I see good results with Better Press, I'm not sure the improvement in image quality is worth the expense (though at least people are coming up with other ways to use the plates).
That was pretty close to accurate for me too. One thing I have and LOVE is the heat embossing and a few Wow powders, makes my projects look top notch :) I have 3 reverse tweezers, love them!
A previous video you did is the reason I invested in reverse tweezers and for that I say thank you! They have been a game changer. Loved this video, so fun and great to hear your opinions as a full time crafter! My only feedback is I didn't know what some of the top tier machines were and would have loved a b-roll on those like you did on some of the odd ones 🥰 thanks for an awesome video!
As for the MISTI, there are alternatives available (at least here in the EU) and I for one happen to think they are better (gasp!): the lid is spring mounted so when you close it, the stamp does NOT touch your paper, you can check placement first and then stamp. Plus, about half the price 😊. The brayer may not be user error at all: I had the same experience as you - and the thought to try the Tim Holtz brayer and: totally different experience: the roller is so much softer and detachable for easy cleaning, brilliant! And to get my five cents worth in on this one, too: Glimmer, love the look, really do not like the disaster for the environment (foil on carrier foil on a plastic roll, wrapped in plastic and the ideal paper is actually also plastic coated…)
@@ralphtyndall Hunkydory makes a spring loaded stamping platform that works BEAUTIFULLY. I have several other stamping platforms, but the Hunkydory is my favorite by far. Great video!
Really enjoyed your video. Great information on some products that I already own and some I thought of buying at some point. I thought your rating system was fun!
Love this, of course, and, of course, I have to make comments. I hated the Fiskars spring assist scissors but LOVE, LOVE the Tim Holtz snips. Worked like a charm for me. I don't know why the Fiskars were so hard for me. Use the liquid pearls or pops of color to paint or put through a stencil. Forget about making "confetti" with it. I find it too difficult to be worth the effort. That's what confetti and rhinestones are for. I, too, bought that laser board. Complete waste of money. Worked like twice. Luckily, the website I bought it on gave me a full refund. Didn't even have to send it back. Can't wait for you to get into mixed media...pigment powders, gel plates. Thanks for sharing. I agree with almost everything you said although since I only really use TH-cam and Instagram I only got the mean girls reference. 🤷♀
I agree with most of your opinions and descriptions! I never clean my blending brushes. I have enough for every need...meaning one for lights, one for mediums, and one for darks within each color group, plus a set for Distress inks & separate blending sponges for Oxides. Oh, and let's not forget one for white pigments (brush & sponge). Hmmm, I forgot I have one special brush & sponge just for Simon Hurley's Tropical Tango ink pad. Do you think I've gone overboard? LOL By the way, I love my Embossing Buddy! I've had it for probably 45+ years and it still works and keeps my oily finger prints off the card & I don't have to mess with refilling a container with powder like the latest "fad". The Gem Setter....What I don't like about the wax tip is it leaves a bit of waxiness on the gems/confetti. I would have moved the Scoreboard to the top tier because even a beginner wants nicely folded cards without cracks and ugly folds. The Misti - I laughed because I have 4 of them and I never noticed the Bible verse until you mentioned it on one of your other videos! Obviously, it didn't bother me, but someone could put washi tape over it if they are bothered by it. The tool itself was a game-changer for me. I love my tweezers & would move those up. I only use the reverse tweezers for holding stuff while the glue dries. Never got the hang of it even though I've tried them oodles of times. Great job and lots of fun to watch. Oh, I gave my Cricut to my daughter because I only used it about 4 times in 8 years. (Sorry this response is so long!)
I definitely had the same experience with my copics. I love them, but for tge price they really need to address the quality contol issues. Thanks for weighing in on your Ohuhu's I was wondering if they were a good alternative, especially given the price difference. By the way you are so funny...it was like hanging out with a friend while they went through their craft drawers😂.
Great video, Ralph - thank you so much. I don't clean my blending brushes, I did try once, but had the same results as you, crusty - so I don't bother now. Your wax pick up tool - you can get wax pencils (I think they're actually made for nail art) they're really long, and you just sharpen them like a pencil to refresh the end - they last for ages! Thanks again, it was a great review 😁
Way to Go Ryan. What a fun way to talk about supplies. I kinda thought it was a bit funny to look at your supplies in a timeline I idea- I have been crafting for over year. In the beginning there were stamps and ink, heat embossing was the biggest wow!!! Then came the folders , again Wow.!!! But now a days, embossing folders have sooo much competition with foil etc.... So they are not that exciting, as back in the day, Hope you can follow my thinking. I also think as crafters we may have to limit ourselves on what path to go down as there is sooo much more to spend money on. Thanxs for all your content.
Hi From UK! I’ve agreed with you on most of the items which I own, but I made my own jewel “ picker upper” from an old pencil and a little bit of Blu Tack which I moulded round the pencil lead then pulled into a sort of point. I pick all kinds of things with it and the end can be shaped to whatever you need to pick up. Thanks for your time and humour Ralph! Donna.
I love the We Are Maker 12” combo cutter and scoreboard. I have limited space and It folds in half so I don’t have to open it all the way to cut and score, but when I need to, will fit a 12” x 12” sheet of paper. The creasing tool is conveniently tucked on one end, measuring is accurate, no gaps at center line when opened. You didn’t mention finger daubers, which I use more than the larger brushes and handle foam brushes (although I do have many for larger inking). I prefer the Tim Holtz stamping platform, wider, lid flips for both types of stamps and I use an old Cricut mat to hold paper in place with the clear non-slip pads made for underneath quilters rulers that keep it from slipping. For me, having several sizes and widths of quilting rulers are an absolute must have! They’re clear, have grids to 1/4” and are great for junk journaling as well as cutting cardstock perfectly for greeting cards or where you are cutting layers of paper that would tear in any other type of cutter. I use my 1” rotary quilters cutter with it. Cuts paper, cardstock, fabric, thin chipboard. Bought them when they were on sale, well worth the investment. A suggestion for beginners when it comes to inks. Start with the standard size permanent ink pads in black and brown (my fav is Archival Ink) because it is permanent for coloring images and won’t bleed out. I have lots of distress inks, start with basic colors like tea dye, gathered twigs and antique linen in the full size pads. Any other colors I use the memento mini pads. Great colors, blend well, can be used for edging and shading, ink lasts long time (better than the distress inks) and very affordable.
Hi Ralph! Just last night I stamped a card and dropped the stamp on it, smearing the image. Ugh. And the ink blended background underneath was great and here I wrecked it. So, since the image was of twiggy sorts of florals, and I thought well it's worth a try, it's messed up already, I put shadows beside the floral stems with Stickles (over the smeared parts) and I think the card is salvaged! I also wanted to mention, when I have trouble getting my sandwich to feed through the Sidekick, if I move the paper and die back from the front edge a bit it goes through without a problem. If I have the paper and die way up at the front edge, that's when it seems like it's too thick to go through. I agree with your ratings, and what a fun way to present them! Cheers!
Embossing folders (and the old plastic texture plates) and brayers are really handy if you use a gel plate. You can use the folders with the foam you heat and impress on a texture to make a stamp, too. You can use cut-out plates to partially emboss (e.g., a frame shape), which can be handy. I used a brayer before I gel printed to get smoother ombré blends, particularly handy with Kaleidecolor ink pads, which have five different colored pads in one.
Try the glossy Nuvo drops and see if that helps. I’ve tried liquid pearls and pops of color and have not had good luck making pretty dots. I’ve have mixed results with the Nuvo pearl finish drops, but the glossy ones are different. They self level better and don’t keep their peaks. You can also make them ahead of time on a non stick mat,so you don’t have to take a chance messing up at the end of a project
Ralph, great job! About the powder dispenser. There best is the Wilton Fondant Dusting Pouch. It covers more area faster, can refill with cornstarch, and the base can sit and store the pouch cleanly.
You can make your own pouch with an old (or new, a reasonable investment compared to the pouches) piece of knee-length stocking filled with a little baby powder or cornstarch and held together with a binder clip that also serves as a handle. I saw this on The Frugal Crafter, Lindsay Weirich, and it works perfectly, without getting powder everywhere.
If anyone wants to remove a printed decal off the Misti or other plastic products, try soaking a cotton ball in nail polish remover. I do this to reuse branded containers and it works great!

LOL, love your videos. So refreshing as you are direct, honest, and enjoy your opinions. Your great. Thanks so much
Great video! Love your take on the various items Yes to reverse tweezer! Now I have to go look at my misti!
Like the way you divided. You convinced me to get the joy watching your shorts. Very helpful ❤
Glad you're enJOYing it!
Great idea!
Loved this video it was very informative. Makes me realize what I use and don’t use as well. Thank you! 😊
Glad it was helpful!
Love to hear your honest opinion of products! I have tried most of the products and do agree with your ranking on most. Everyone is different and to each his/her own of what works for them! Love your videos!
Yes! Everyone has their own favs :)
I agree with your description of product as the things you found wrong with them I have had the same experiences was good to watch. I have also bought products thinking wow I will use them but found them wanting like a pen like cutter to go around different shapes by tracing the outline of shape well it was hopeless couldn’t master it at all lol
I like the die brush for intricate dies. I use it with the cardstock still in the die on both sides on top of foam mat.
Thank you ❤
The WF grip mat is such a simple idea but such a huge game changer in my daily crafting!
Thank you for your candid opinions 😊
Thanks for watching!
One of these days I’m going to have to try out the scan and cut!
Which sites offer free matching cut files for their stamps?!!!
Best wishes to you.😊
I've been eager to try working with a gelli plate! You've just reignited that curiosity :)
Pretty much agree with your rating on everything. Thank you for sharing!
Keeps image protected and easier clean up
Great tip! I do have the foam pad but I can't seem to find it any longer...
LOVE!!! Thank from a newbie card crafter!
Great tip!
This was great info, like you I have bought a lot of items i don't even use. Thank you!
Loved your information on deveral things. Especially on the alcohol pens. I agree Copic pens snd hot foil items are too costly. Thanks for the ideas you presented.
Thanks for watching!
You should try diamond press marquise machine, i love it for really intricate dies, cuts 1st pass every time. Only negative would be its Not a 6 inch opening! I wish they would made it a little wider😂 Carol
I LOVE the new precision glue gun- you should try it! Thanks for great video!
Thank you for this helpful video. We love your videos and appreciate your talent and personality. Hubby and I have spent the day relaxing watching your videos and getting inspired ♥️♥️♥️
Aw I love to hear it! My partner and I spend many weekends binging youtube videos so I totally relate lol.
So right about the laser tool!!! I was so disappointed and trashed it once I realized it was completely useless. Loved seeing your list!!!
Thank you for this. I agree with most of your ratings but especially the glimmer hot foil machine and plates. I have used it quite a bit and results are very inconsistent. Keep crafting!
I'm so excited to see your choices!
Awesome Video Thank You, love the honesty :) Wish I knew all this before I started shopping 2 years ago,...lol aww well, "full craft room, happy, busy little crafter" I say ..... 😉
Sadly I have almost every item here in your list and much more ... I so agree with all, except for the weeding brush, love my weeding brush :) plus I don't own a 'wax pen', I just use my Dimond Dot Art pen (so much cheaper) :)
Great lists, thank you SO much. ☀️
Fun video! I loved this!
I tend to agree with you on your must haves. Craftersf getting into paper crafting should watch this video before making purchases
Interesting viewpoint. I agree with most😊
That was pretty close to accurate for me too. One thing I have and LOVE is the heat embossing and a few Wow powders, makes my projects look top notch :) I have 3 reverse tweezers, love them!
Wonderful video! Thank you! PLEASE do a full video on the Cricut Joy. I received one for Christmas and cannot figure out how to use it! Help!
Glad you're enjoying the tweezers! And duly noted on the b-roll!
Wow! The spring mounted feature sounds really neat and helpful.
Glad you enjoyed it!
Nice video. The brayer made me laugh. I have had one for probably 30 years or so. Maybe used once which is why it has been packed away.
Glad you found scissors that work great for you!
I love the censored opening!!! You’re the best❤
I have a Misti, had it for years actually and never noticed the Bible verse. 😂
Surprised it is such a big deal for him. Never noticed it myself. 😊
@@bethbenson1931 I agree, never noticed. Like he said, his opinions. A plus for me personally.
@@MerryJustMerry me too !
Don't apologize for your long response! I love to hear all of it! I was so close to placing the score board up top...perhaps a mistake!
Thanks for watching!
TY RT!!!! it was very mind opening for beginners like me!
Yay!!
the new tim holtz sissors are awesome!!!! both sizes, just picked up both sizes!!!
The tier categories are perfection 😂
show me to me rachellll
My favourite trimmer is the cutterpillar rotary one… it’s the best. IMO
I pretty much agree with everything!
Love my Mistis
I'm following you Kerrie!
I literally never noticed a bible verse on the misti. Now I gotta go look😅
LOL! I have the same brayer, and have never used it! And of course, I had to have it!
Cheers!
I've definitely found the same to be true with the sidekick! Usually trouble comes when the die is too close to the front edge of the plates.
@@ralphtyndall Thanks Ralph! Looking forward to your next video!
It's good to have other opinions on how craft tools work for other crafters. I enjoy your videos and respect your opinions. Thanks for the share! 😊
Thanks for watching!
I really like my brayer BUT i do more with vinyl so i use mine to make sure my vinyl is on my mat really well so i can get a really clean cut!
I love my embossing folders. Some time a little texture for a background is all a card needs to make it complete, otherwise I agree with your list
Very helpful ranking, thank you!
This list chefs kiss
Ralph, great job!
About the powder dispenser. There best is the Wilton Fondant Dusting Pouch. It covers more area faster, can refill with cornstarch, and the base can sit and store the pouch cleanly.
You can make your own pouch with an old (or new, a reasonable investment compared to the pouches) piece of knee-length stocking filled with a little baby powder or cornstarch and held together with a binder clip that also serves as a handle. I saw this on The Frugal Crafter, Lindsay Weirich, and it works perfectly, without getting powder everywhere.
Thanks for the tip!
If anyone wants to remove a printed decal off the Misti or other plastic products, try soaking a cotton ball in nail polish remover. I do this to reuse branded containers and it works great!
