She is amazing and should be what young girls and women look up to in the music world not what is happening in the pop world. It's why we had so much great music coming out of the 50s-70s. Instruments, writing and sound were what mattered not just what you look like and who can produce your music to make it listenable. Margaret should be massive.

What a sensible approach to songwriting -- her structure, writing songs that work with just a voice and guitar, and the discipline of making time each day to write -- these are smart choices. I prefer the versions of her songs with bass and drums but beginning the process with guitar & voice alone is sharp. What I particularly admire is her tight, honed lyrics -- a surface layer of chores and day-to-day nuisance slathering over a layer of deep emotional pain.

Glad to see Elliott being mentioned (Hendrix too). She's great, her playstyle is good and on point, I liked it.
