Lately on most of our adventures there has always been a point where we’ve mentioned, “it’d be really nice to have some binoculars right now.” We’ve been wanting to add binocs to our gear kit but it’s just something that typically falls to the wayside. When we got an email about the new Nocs Provisions binoculars coming out, we knew we needed to jump on the opportunity to test out some affordable, functional Nocs and share reasons why you’ll be excited to have them in your kit.
Whether it’s as simple as checking out some views on a road trip, scoping a line from the snowmobile, or viewing some distant wildlife when we’re on the dual sport motos, Nocs will help let you see farther (8x!!). The Standard Issue 8X25 Waterproof Binoculars by NOCS Provisions are not only super handy to have with you on any adventure, they’re waterproof, fog proof, and rugged. These binocs are built for the wild but compact enough to fit in your day pack, tank bag, or van glove box.
Perhaps one of the best features of the Nocs is that they won’t break the bank. You won’t be afraid to bring them on the moto with the fear of breaking or wrecking an expensive pair of binoculars. I can attest that some of the views you’ll see through your Nocs will be well worth the $90.
We’ve also been having fun shooting photos through the Nocs with our phones. If you’re going on a safari in Africa, I wouldn’t replace your camera and 400mm lens with a cell phone + Nocs system however on the daily, you can get some great photos and it’s fun to play around with!
The Nocs are easy to use, built with high-quality glass, and are comfortable in your hands although rugged and ready to take on even the harshest of adventures. With a lifetime warranty covering all manufacturing defects for life, you know that the Nocs are built to last by a company who stands by their product. If you’re interested in purchasing some Nocs, doing so using our provided link supports us as we get a small kickback from your purchase. We appreciate the support!
*We received this gear for free in exchange for a review, however, it’s important to know that all thoughts are our own.

I bought both the Nocs and the Pentax AD 8x25 WP, both $100 and 8x25. The Pentax is a bit lighter at 10.3oz vs 12.1oz. The Nocs look and feel much better. In general there is almost no perceptible viewing difference in the two, except for Minimum Focus. The Pentax is six feet, the Nocs 16 feet. While testing, a bird landed on the railing nearby and the Nocs were useless, the Pentax superb, and quite often birds etc I want to look at are under 16 feet. Something to consider.
