Was deciding between the Nocs Zoom Tube and the Vortex Solo. Got the Nocs and so far like the design and grip, as well as the optics. However, the strap is garbage for the money, and the microfiber pouch doesn't offer much protection.
One thing you may not realize is the Vortex focus ring is ridiculously tight, essentially necessitating holding the monocular with one hand and turning the focus with the other. The Nocs is WAY easier as you know.
