Apparently you can include csinput mod in charts to allow rankings while dual wielding so just disable csinput mod when playing this and use the updated chart in description.
I just found how to make chart playable without CSInput : all you have to do is to put projectdxxx.me/script/index/id/d76911f2a13a34e66c07bc19130592ae in the script folder of your project. I'll update my charts with it and add it to all my future charts. This is so easy to do that every chart maker should do it.
