    The actress for Zara, the woman assigned to look after Zach and Gray did her death scene herself, she didn't have a stunt double. It's also rather tragic that she had a death that was slow and dragged out, to add to it, she was engaged and was going to get married soon

But it's based on a mutual respect. He doesn't control because he knows he can't control them so do the raptors. Owen is basically their daddy since they were hatched. he imprinted on all 4 of them.

    Love this movie!
    I saw this in the theater with my dad a week after it's release and it blew me away!
    It has elements of the original Jurassic Park novels that never happened in the final cut of the first film:
    Pterosaurs attacking the helicopter was based on an original ending and the pterosaurs attacking the tourists was from the first novel as Alan Grant and the kids walk through the Aviary to get to the Visitor Center and almost get killed by Pterosaurs. Luckily they escape without harm.
    Zach and Grey jumping into a waterfall to escape the Indominus Rex was based on the first novel as Lex and Tim hide from the Rex in a waterfall.
    The dying Apatosaurus was based on the Sick Stegosaurus scene which was turned into a Triceratops in the movie.
    The Velociraptors chasing the motorcycle was based on The Lost World novel, which was was cut from the movie, then it was going to be used in Jurassic Park///, and finally, it was used in Jurassic World.
    Vic Hoskins is loosely based on Robert Muldoon as the character was written to be older with a grey beard and a cold demeanor.
    Simon Masrani is supposed to be like John Hammond, where he sees the dinosaurs as regular animals and not just profits, and that he wanted to redeem himself for the Indominus Rex escaping.

    The Mosasaurus in the films is a fair bit larger than they were in real life, but they were still pretty damn large. For example, the biggest species was as long or longer than the Megalodon, at 57 feet, and weighed up to 14 tons. To put into perspective how big a Blue Whale is however, they are up to 98 foot long and 200 tons. They are *b i g.* They're the largest animals we know of.

  • @DarkJediFarkas
    @DarkJediFarkas ปีที่แล้ว +3

    Fun fact: Rexy actually looks younger in this movie then in the first JP. A Tyrannosaurus got more bulky when they become older, especially in captivity.
    The Velociraptor is actually a Utharaptor, but Velociraptor sounded better. (The discovery got official after the first JP1) If you want to defend yourself against a Velociraptor you just need boots and a stick. The T-Rex was also pretty intelligent, with a better in eyesight then a modern day hawk. The Spino looked completely off, they just did not found enough to this time to get a full skeleton. But we know now, that it looked way different. A fight between T-Rex and Spino, would end badly for the Spino if they are on land, it's a different story in the water. The T-Rex was also the bulkiest and strongest Carnivore on Land but not the biggest.

      During making of JP a lot was still unknown. Especially during the first film, as you said, velociraptor is 5 times bigger, no feathers, that stupid stereotype "Trex couldn't see still objects", etc.. yeah.. But the franchise did ultimate move: it's canon that ALL dinos are modified, using reptiles DNA. Now all mistakes in designs are easily explained by "scientist wanted them like that"
