Movie Summary:
Located off the coast of Costa Rica, the Jurassic World luxury resort provides a habitat for an array of genetically engineered dinosaurs, including the vicious and intelligent Indominus rex. When the massive creature escapes, it sets off a chain reaction that causes the other dinos to run amok. Now, it's up to a former military man and animal expert (Chris Pratt) to use his special skills to save two young brothers and the rest of the tourists from an all-out, prehistoric assault.

The actor who plays Simon Masrani is an Indian actor, Irrfan Khan - one of the greats. He passed away in 2020 🙏🏽
Jurassic Park and Jurassic World are definitely the best of the bunch. After that, it gets kinda murky. But The Lost World is probably the third best.
One of my favorite fanfics ever is called "It's Not The Raptor DNA" and it starts as just a retelling of this movie with the premise that the Indominus also has human DNA, but then spins out into an amazingly wholesome yet dark story line staring Owen, The Indominus, The Raptor Squad, and of course, the GOAT, Rexy.
The guy trying to save the two margaritas is actually Jimmy Buffett, a tropical singer who also owns a chain of restaurants called Margaritaville, one of which can be seen in Jurassic World
I LOVE that B.D. Wong came back as the scientist! Best cameo.
It isn't really a cameo as he's in the whole movie plus he's technically a main character just not always on screen

I’ve flown in a helicopter, over the Hawaiian Island of Kaui’i this past September actually. We did a 90 minute tour, and actually landed at the spot of the original Jurassic Park waterfall scene. It was exhilarating and scary at the same time lol. We also flew over Waimea Canyon, nicknamed the Grand Canyon of the Pacific. It’s gorgeous!!

The voices of Mr. DNA is Colin Trevorrow. The director of The Incredibles (2004), Bard Bird, provided the voice of the monorail announcer.
Gun Enthusiast Fact: The gun used by Owen Grady (Chris Pratt) is a Marlin 1895 SBL, caliber .45-70 Government with a Leopold Optics FX-II Scout IER 2.5x28mm scope with a silver finish and a Butler Creek Ultra Padded Nylon Rifle Cartridge. The Butler Creek sling's shell holders are correctly seen filled with big .45-70 Government soft-point rounds.
Making Paleontologists Jealous Fact: Director Colin Trevorrow came up with the idea of featuring Mosasaurus, this movie's main marine reptile. He pitched the idea to Steven Spielberg of having the Mosasaurus feed on a shark in front of bleachers filled with park guests. Spielberg loved the idea of the Mosasaurus eating the shark, but suggested that when the animal grabs the shark that the whole bleacher section submerges underwater using a hydraulic system so that the audience will be able to see the Mosasaurus feeding underwater. The moment where the Mosasaurus soaked two hundred extras in the bleacher section was Trevorrow's favorite moment of shooting.

The babysitter is well known from the show ‘Merlin’ on Netflix but it’s not on there anymore it’s on Peacock and they finished with 5 seasons and it says 85% love the show. It came out in 2008. It’s from the lore Camelot and King Arthur and Merlin the Sorcerer. It was such a good show I loved it so much. And then she played in The CW show ‘Supergirl’ she played Lex Luther’s sister Lena Luther. I love her she’s a wonderful actress. And she’s so beautiful. Her name is Katie McGrath she’s Irish. 💚💚💚 I wish she was in more stuff cuz she’s so underrated but her acting is phenomenal!!!!

From here on out Camp Cretaceous add on if you want to know more about the secrets of extra little easter eggs setting up between movies. that would be a good series to look into. Shows a lot a little details that movies left out.

I don't know if you watch TV shows but there's a animated show, Jurassic World Camp Cretaceous, without getting into spoilers a camp for teens is being trialed with 6 kids, when the movie events start they have to get to safety, and more importantly the dock before the evacuation happens so they aren't left behind. Its really good and the first season of the sequel show Chaos Theory just came out. I highly recommend watching both.
And I love blue getting her redemption for her sisters at the end!!

I've been on a helicopter tour of Panama City Beach, FL. and it wasn't nearly as scary as I thought it would be. It probably helped that we were staying right on the coast and had watched them fly back and forth all day doing tours, and they only go a short distance. Seeing that white sand coastline from a helicopter and flying over the water was amazing, though. 😊
