DJ V12 we had a V12 on the tour as well. The only time we missed it was in all the tunnels!! Exiting a corner in the V8 and screwing the throttle is such a buzz though so don’t underestimate it 🙏
Although Ferrari V8’s are known to be great (458-488GTB), the V12 variant will always be in the back of your mind and the noise will send you back for an exchange. Great video
I'd rather have the v12 4wd, after testing both in Monaco last week I can honestly say the torque settings downstream of the catalytic convertor are to die for.
Another great review. Not sure I'd take this over something from a couple of Stuttgart brands... particularly as you could buy a decent track toy with the change.
Youdontknoww Me The Lusso is prettier imo but still fond of the FF and 612 for that matter. The extra cabin space and new tech you get is worth it upgrading for alone.. Love the rear and side profile the most
V12 ALL DAY every time!!! Obviously it's faster and sounds MUCH better. But for me its honestly the 4wd that matters more!!! That's what this Ferrari is about, 4 adults and ultimate practicality. All while being a true supercar!!! Not sure why but taking away the 4wd makes no sense to me. I absolutely LOVE this car, but when its rwd only..... I really don't like it for some reason.....
DJNOOB V12 certainly adds a bit more drama but this feels more alive and bit lighter on turn in. Either way, what Ferrari have done with the Lusso makes it unrivalled IMO
Good noise > performance (unless there’s literally not much performance at all) I just can’t make myself enjoy production turbo cars, they just sound so soulless...
ZDY the sound is definitely a huge factor but the V8 has some tricks up it sleeve such as weight distribution and RWD and just say this was your daily driver the V8 unit is so much more efficient. The noise is surprisingly addictive too but obviously doesn’t have the drama of the V12. Guess that’s why they offer both engine choices - something for everyone.
@@supercar.driver I wouldn't mind either car, both have attractive noise. I do prefer the 458 over the 488 by a mile though. I just don't value the performance gain enough to justify the loss in good sound
The v12 is such a huge part of what makes the car special
No v12 no deal in my books

Think I'm in love with this car!! It really is stunning.
Nice video guys! Looked a good trip!
Great piece Matt!
Ashley thanks for watching Ashley 🙌
Cracking video. Stunning location. Great car. Think I would have the V8 RWD too

Luke Earnshaw thanks for watching. We’re so lucky to hand the car, the roads and the scenery!
Love the Lusso!
JUMP23MΔN so do we!

Amazing car
Ed Wright it really is! Nothing like it
Still not sure weather to go for the V8 or V12
Does the V8 punch harder out of the corner than the V12 because of the turbo despite not having AWD?
Yes it turns in so well and then comes on boost and you’re off! You can get into a nice rhythm and it gets your blood pumping 💨
Id take the ff. Looks better imo. But cant wait to see whats next for this car.
Lusso is far ahead imho of the FF. This thing is a work of art.
@@djtimodj not disagreeing with that. I just prefer the look of the ff

I think the ff and the lusso both look dreadful , look like a lengthened vw scirroco with a pug 407 coupe front put on
Who wouldn't like to do that, even with a cheap car???? :P
George Deligiannis true!! It wasn’t a bad day in the ‘office’ ;)

へえ、これが4人乗りフェラーリ👍
I can think of a better car ..... Ferrari GTC4 Lusso. Nothing better than the sound of a V12.

WoW!
I'll take 720s all day!
Hahha yeah because there two cars targeted at the same market lol...
