I suffer from anxiety disorder and your videos inspire me to fight through it .. To travel alone to eat alone to be alone just with self to be so content and at peace with yourself I wish I had that ... If their is any advice you can give on how u found your way please tell, thanks

I suffer from anxiety aa well I pray a lot and deep breathe to stay calm, I also love to cook so I find peace and calm in that as well. Try this guy Win Hof videos on deep breathing technique here on YT. Good luck.
You just have to just do it. I started by taking baby steps and now 20 yrs later with the kids all grown and gone. I love it. now I'm thinking about doing like Tiffany and just hitting the road. Sell or refi my house and just go see the world before I get too old to want to do it. I'm 55 and I'm seriously thinking about it. sell everything and just do it! Pray for me as I pray that God leads me to make the right decision.
Hi, I agree with Lisa, baby steps is the way to go. I suffer from anxiety as well and I started solo travelling about 10 years ago. It was a challenge at first but I now find it very easy and liberating. Start small with a day or overnight trip. My first multi city trip to Europe was a solo but I joined a tour. It was great to be by myself exploring but part of a group for safety. Take your time, only you know your comfort level. Just start and soon you will see that it gets easier with each trip.

That's a Magpie bird, Tiffany 🥰, unless there is another bird that looks like one. I raised a yellow-billed magpie once decades ago (as it was in need) and then gave it to the wildlife sanctuary. Amazingly beautiful and intelligent birds... Like crows.

@@WhereisTiffany lol yeah it was fun. I'm from Stockton but living in Acampo California currently. Awww yellow canaries are beautiful little birds. I've never had any, but I've had a few finches, a cockatiel, and parakeets, even an english parakeet before. No birds now. I've also raised a little sparrow type bird when i was a kid. I let it go afterwards. I called it Star. The magpie was named Maggie. I even raised a european starling bird once (not native to here but there's lots of them), Had him for over 10 years before he passed away. He talked, said many words he learned from mimicking me, apparently they're from the minor bird? Family so they can talk. His name was Boom Boom, and he used to chase my dogs around out of jealousy when i petted one he would bite their tails, lol 😂. So smart and loyal. Tiny little bird had all my dogs scared of him 😂. That bird even gave cuddles and love to me every day while sitting on my shoulder. I never known a more special amazing loving friend 💜. I've been very fortunate to help and to Love so many other animals too. Everything happens for a reason, experiences and connections come and go, but Love never does, thank goodness. Wow, you got a clear, warm day at Golden Gate. Wind and fog are a constant there. Those birds are Central Valley magpies. The mountains near flagstaff are the San Francisco Peaks. It's worth a stop in spring to see the flower meadows. Thanks for info on the RV sites. Have a safe trip 🌻

It's good you don't eat take-out much and cook you're own food saves a lot of money. The California coast is so pretty have a safe drive and great time in Texas.
I'm too frugal to eat out...🤣 someone sent me a gift card to Panera, so I put it to use. The coast is gorgeous! Four months exploring just wasn't enough - I'll be back later this year! 🙌🏿

We lived in Kingsman Az. for years before we moved back to California. We ate at Cracker Barrel many times because it's a small sleepy town with not too many choices . I miss it and my Kingsman family thanks for taking me back❤

Hello Tiffany, my name is Gail, this is my son's picture whose passed away inarch of 2021. I love your journey, I drove that Hwy 40 route when I drove from California to NC in 1989, it took me 5 days. I drove 8 hours a day, map in hand, I spent the night in hotels along the route, I was probably about 29 years old. I enjoyed my journey.
