So good to see you, Jeri!! I just had to pause the video to compare stitching something you don’t like and buying a new outfit. I always told my girls, if you don’t like it in the dressing room, you won’t like it when you get home! Same for stitching- if you don’t like it now, you will hate it on your walls!! Right😅 ? You can’t talk yourself into liking something you don’t care for😊 The bunny is so cute and all of your quilts and cross stitch are beautiful! 🥰
Thank you for your video. You need to stitch what you enjoy, so restart if you need to, 2 over 2. Your finishes are great! Your WIPS are coming along great. Great plans for StitchMaynia. I'm doing WIP Maynia. Working on old WIPS ever other day, so I've picked 16 older ones. No new starts. Looking forward to it. Enjoyed my visit with you! Have fun this weekend stitching away! Take care!
New visitor to you floss tube. Love finishes (but not FFO) on the wall, roosters, Christmas quilt in February, autumn stocking, and cool primitive look. Thank you for sharing your skills and time! Subscribed to all! 😊❤️
So nice to catch up with you this morning! I hope you are getting lots of stitching time in during 24 HOCS. :) Really enjoyed seeing your finishes, especially that snow globe ornament, and all of your projects and plans. I agree with you about changing the color of the pink flowers in the border. I think the border is receeding a lot compared to the rest of the piece, which really pops. You and I are having a mind meld in terms of possible May stitching. Yesterday I pulled Olga's stocking, a PS Halloween design, and Summer Jubilee as some of my candidates for May. I am not making any firm plans, but just getting things ready and then I will go wherever my whims take me. :)
Hi, Misty! thank you for stopping by. I’ve already ripped out the pink flowers and stitched a red one and i love it! wow! that is a mind meld! they’re all beautiful charts and I decided I am going to start Summer Jubilee to kick off my May stitching on Saturday the 1st. I can’t wait to get some stitches into it. Can’t wait to see your next update to see what you came up with!
I’m currently working on Spring by HOD and Priscilla. You are right-the four seasons are in JCS magazine. I’m finally done stitching the S! Spring is the first I’ve started of that series so it may stay up three seasons at my house!! 🤣 It was great seeing you again! Your primitive critters are darling! I rarely change colors on things because I’m not good at it. When I have to pick my own colors, I will find another piece whose colors I love and I will use those same colors.
Hi, Barbara! I love seeing your IG updates! wow! you do such beautiful work. i think you should be doing flosstube! yes, my spring will probably be up for 3 season’s as well! i haven’t made much progress on Fall at all! that’s a great idea to use colors from other charts you like. never thought of that but that makes sense and would be much easier. thank you for stopping by!
Hello friend! I agree, I think Mrs. Baxter's House needs those border flowers changed out. That house is MASSIVE but it's coming along! Also, I believe when I am not liking a fabric, thread or anything else stitching related it's okay to abandon the project or find a way to restart it. Like you said, don't stitch on something you aren't enjoying.
Hi, McKenna! yep, i’ve already ripped out those flowers and restitched one in red and it looks so much better! i love it! you know how it is...so much to stitch, so little time!! thank you for stopping by!
I almost finished working on "When Witches Go Riding" while watching you. You have so many great projects and finishes, both cross stitch and quilting. And little Edna is so cute. I have some Liberty Creek patterns that you have inspired me to get out and to stitch one up. Thanks, Jeri.
i wish i was almost done with my When Witches Go Riding instead of just getting started again lol! such a beautiful chart! Liberty Creek has the cutest patterns and so easy to make! enjoy!
I think your idea of turning over the fabric and re starting Roosters and Acorns is a fabulous idea! You know what you like now, and stitching it 1 over 2 will bring you so many happy stitching hours!! ❤️ And Since you’ve ordered extra floss , no worries!
I was so happy to see you pop up in my feed. I will be stitching the rest of the day and tomorrow. Its raining here. So perfect weather!! Love all of the projects. The bunny is so cute!🌻
Thank you for stopping by, Cindy! i hope you got a lot of stitches in. I stitched about 14 hours and made lots of progress on 3 of my WIPS. I’m looking forward to my May plans and hopefully maybe a finish or 2.
I was so excited to see you had posted a video! I love your finishes... and such beautiful quilting too. Seeing all your progress is truly inspiring and makes me want to get my stacks of stitching done 😅. I hope you post your next video soon 😊
Hi, So glad I found your channel I absolutely love all your stitching and all your finishes they are totally awesome. Can you please tell me what kind of fabric you used on the two Halloween pieces hanging behind you the one with the boot and the one under it? Thank you so much looking forward to more videos
On Miss Baxter’s House, maybe you could configure the border with alternating red and pink flowers and then you would only have to frog half of what you’ve done. Might be worth considering. Looks good though.
i actually have already ripped them all out and restitched one in red and it looks much better. only took about an hour so not too much stitching time lost lol! thank you for the suggestion though, i appreciate it!
Beautiful stitching and finishing. Good to see you back. Can I ask what count fabric you did the Christmas snow globe piece on? I have the book and I love the pattern you did but I’m not sure what count fabric to use to fit in the snow globe. Thanks.
You need the Thread stash apps you can list your wips with threads and your patterns to start with list of threads needs plus you can list all of your threads and brands of thread in the threadbox which will tell you how much you have to get for each projects. Its wonderful .
The witch’s boot is on a linen from Luminous Fiber Arts. I believe it was called Medium Pumpkin. the Witch’s nose was stitched on Soft Pumpkin and its just a bit lighter than the boot. hope that helps!! thank you for stopping by!
Agreed! I didn’t clarify that I store all of my cross stitch items in my home, including ornaments. i do however put my ort ornaments in the attic. Too much time put into our cross stitch to put outside lol! thank you for pointing that out though
You just inspired me to restart a project. I Do not like the linen at all. You are right life’s too short & there are way too many things I want to stitch So why work on something you don’t like❣️ thank you.
I use an app called “Counter”. i believe it’s normally used for knitting/crochet but can actually be used for any type of project to keep track of counts. i’ll show it and give better details in my next video. thank you for stopping by!
I just love your finishes! The rustic repurposed frame is so beautiful, and the mail holder is lovely too. As are the quilts. 😊

Yes!, that is a perfect comparison! Thank you for stopping in!
Hi from France :) Unfortunately life is too short to do all creations we want... there are so many beautiful... Happy stitching !

So glad you are back! I hope you had the perfect weekend like you said you would. Those are the best. Loved all of your FFOs!
I did have a great weekend! i was able to stitch about 14 hours total and made lots of progress! thank you for stopping by!

Always a pleasure. Thanks for sharing!

Enjoy your 24 hours of stitching! Loved your projects. Hope you 'll make good progress.
Your stitching is gorgeous. I just moved to TN and I work in Franklin. Small world.
yes, small world! my daughter loves it down there. beautiful city! thank you for stopping by!

Good Morning 🌄
Great to see everyone
Happy 24hours of stitching all
Stay safe
The snow has melted
We had 4 inches of snow
Lord 🙏 have mercy
So glad to see you
I’m sooooo glad you’re back. I have missed ya!!! I was getting worried.
Thank you so much! No worries, i just need to stop more often to take the time to share. so much to stitch, so little time! lol

So good to see you again. Great projects! What is the red works rooster sampler on wall behind you?
The chart is by JBW Designs - Antique Rooster Sampler. Thank you for stopping by!!
Did you use plastic or glass ornaments for your ort containers?
On Miss Baxter’s House, maybe you could configure the border with alternating red and pink flowers and then you would only have to frog half of what you’ve done. Might be worth considering. Looks good though.

I used 32 count. There are so many more I want to stitch from that book. She has another book as well that i need to get. Thank you for stopping by!!
@@YankeeCreekStitcher
I didn’t know she had another book. I’ll look for it. Thank you.
You need the Thread stash apps you can list your wips with threads and your patterns to start with list of threads needs plus you can list all of your threads and brands of thread in the threadbox which will tell you how much you have to get for each projects. Its wonderful .

Sorry cut off. You always do such a great job. Would you tell me what color of orange your black witch boot is on. So cute!!
The witch’s boot is on a linen from Luminous Fiber Arts. I believe it was called Medium Pumpkin. the Witch’s nose was stitched on Soft Pumpkin and its just a bit lighter than the boot. hope that helps!! thank you for stopping by!
Beautiful pieces....did you use plastic or glass for your ornaments?
i believe the 2018 ornament was glass, but after that i found plastic ones. thought they would be safer. thank you for stopping by!
I love your quilted flag mat! I need one! Would you share what pattern you used? So glad you are back. You have some of the best projects
Thank you so much! The pattern i used was from Burlap and Blossom (Gracey Larson). it is called American Flag Quilt Block Pattern. enjoy!
I'd recommend NOT putting your snow globe in the attic. The heat of summer could melt the "snow" fibers on your stitch.
Agreed! I didn’t clarify that I store all of my cross stitch items in my home, including ornaments. i do however put my ort ornaments in the attic. Too much time put into our cross stitch to put outside lol! thank you for pointing that out though

❤️❤️❤️❤️
the colors match your quilt on wall that was behind you. Maybe you just need a break from that color palette...
You are right, those colors are ugly. That designer might be colorblind.😉. Love your work!
Yes, i’m definitely changing those colors to something bright and fun! thank you for stopping by!
