I think it's all practice, because I draw for a really long time, about 10 years. But, there are also many things that I have to learn about arts.
Oh, and yeah, it's wasn't easy to draw Levi like that, I try many times to do a perfect sketch and I waste days for it. 😅
I don't know why, but when I draw anime characters they turn out worse and harder than any other characters.

what color did you use for skin tones? please tell me I'm just a beginner at using markers
For light and medium skin tones usually I use 131, 132, 97, 26, 25, 27, 28, 26 and 21 colours, for dark skin tones - 97, 94, 95 and 91. Also I often blend markers if I haven’t the colour I need. But the numbering of colours may be different if you have markers of another brand, ‘cause each brand of markers has it’s own colours numbering system.
Also I want somehow to post some videos about using alcohol markers, and I try to tell a little about colours for skin tones, so if you will be interested, stay tuned ✌️
What paper did you use?
In this video I drew in sketchbook with 200g/m2 density of paper. Also for little and single drawings I use watercolour paper (I just couldn’t find where to buy paper for markers in particular sheets 😅), but I wouldn’t recommend to draw in it really often and big artworks because this type of paper consumes more ink. Better to use special paper for alcohol markers. With density of it I can’t give any advices, because in different sketchbooks there is different density, better to recheck. But 70-220g/m2 is normal for markers as far as I know.

In dollars I think it will cost around ~15-20$ maybe a bit cheaper

What type of paper did you use?
Special paper for alcohol markers. Now I'm drawing in sketchbook with 120 g/m² density
