It wouldn't be a dictatorship, it would be a law, and if a judge and jury finds someone guilty of a gruesome act, the judge has the choice of sentencing them to "Article 69: An Eye for an Eye". How most cases work is that if someone is found guilty, a judge sentences them to some punishment, there usually isn't a law saying "if they did a, they get b punishment", the judges have guidelines as well as pass cases with similar situations. So if the article 69 was passed as law, probably at a state level at first, the judge could sentence them to that punishment, if they felt like the case fell into the guidelines of the article. As a democracy we could literally draft up this article, vote for it, and pass it ( I think anyways, I'm not sure if there is a humanitarian issue/law or not that would prevent it even if the majority of people in that state were in favor of it) Besides, the point is, a system like this is by no means limited to a dictatorship, its just that majority of people do not believe in this sort "justice" thus we do not see these "harsh" punishments out side of authoritarian governments.

I think the police should be allowed to use the same excuse for that case, they had a seizure and that's what caused them to beat her to death with batons.

I cannot imagine any sane person who knows the story and doesn't think Casey Anthony murdered her child. Everyone knows she did it.
That's the beauty of court. You have to actually PROVE someone is guilty. "Everybody knows" luckily doesn't count. Do I think she's innocent? No. Do I think she's legally guilty? Absolutely not. They had time, they could have waited until they could prove their case before taking it to trial.

Ah yes, she had a seizure and accidently put her in a microwave. Everyone does this.
After her seizure story fell apart; Ka Yang finally confessed to murdering her daughter Mirabel. Yang said that she was annoyed with Mirabel stopping her from working on the computer because she was irritable and fussy. People have started up a petition to have a retrial for Yang; claiming that she needs rehabilitation instead of incarceration. That's never going to happen because of the evidence; which consists of the police finding a pacifier in the microwave and the coroner discovering radiation in Mirabel's stomach.
And put the timer on and closed the door.

Given the age of the child, I wonder if she suffered from post partum. Im not trying to defend her. After my first baby, I had some very disturbing thoughts. I was scared to admit it to anyone from fear that they'd take my baby from me. Thank God, I never harmed her, but the thoughts were very real and very persistent. 😔

I’m a mother of two beautiful boys (2 years & 10 days old), I could never even daydream about harming them. I couldn’t imagine my babies suffering at mine or my husband’s hands. Children are a miracle of life, there will never be another person like your child ever again (DNA), how could you kill your baby? 😔😢

No, it didn't. Read the book her Attorney wrote. There's a LOT of suspicious sh*t in that case and most of it points to her innocence. For example, remember the car that "smelled like death" and started the case when Casey's parents picked it up from the tow lot after having not been in touch with Casey for a month. Her father showed up with a full can of gas, which was needed because the car was totally out. but how the h*ll did he know?

I remember that Anthony trial going on like it was yesterday. That is a PERFECT example of knowing damn well she was responsible and should have been convicted, but just not having enough evidence to prove it. It was so infuriating.
The prosecution really sucked at presenting the case. I only watched the first half of the trial listening to the prosecution’s evidence and I already knew the outcome. All they proved was that Caylee was dead and Casey was a shitty mother, but they didn’t prove that she murdered her own daughter.
Exactly why they never should have charged her! Why wouldn't you wait until you KNOW you have the evidence? There's no SOL issue, so was it worth it to be so hasty to satisfy the masses?

There are some people who truly lose their right to live! There just are. And back in the day, execution was swift and done with. No waiting 10 or 15 years in a place that has to see to your needs all day and everyday at someone else's expense.
Yeah but do you know how many people were executed and then later found to be innocent? It's a slippery slope. The video of world's worst mothers is heart wrenching. Only those victims who are brave hearts can miraculously survive. I was such a victim of physical and psychological abuse in my early childhood. When I was 5 months old l was tied up in a wooden chair with a log tied up with a lump of jaggery to eat from morning to night by my grandparents till my mother returned from work. My days were filled with unstoppable sobs and soiled cloths. This went on and today I am 46 and still alive
These mothers were rightfully ranked the way they were because they are truly the worst of the worst, especially the dishonorable mentions. Please make another list regarding this topic & include at least 4 or 5 dishonorable mentions. Then mash them up into a top 20 list including 4 or 5 dishonorable mentions. There are other mothers like the ones on this list, but it’s good to know that there are good moms, as well. I’m so grateful that I have a loving & caring mom to this day. Same thing with my dad.

The Parsons chick is from my hometown in NE Texas. I met her youngest sister in class back in the 5th grade and we became friends, she lived in my neighborhood. They came from a rough situation as both came from sad situations, and were adopted by another family. Sometimes you could tell they were off a little but Ashley (the sister) was cool. Years later when the story first broke, those in our class were shocked but, people who were classmates with her (her class was older), weren’t at all and talked about how crazy she could get. It just goes to show how trauma can lead you down a dark path

My mother had not a mother or a farther in her childhood so sometimes I feel upset because of her behaviour but now I feel she's doing her best for me. And I'm glad to have her in my life.. I owe you my life..

How do you hear a toddler and an infant crying for multiple days non-stop with no one seeing the mother and don't feel the need to find a way inside? If she's there and the kids are fine you'll could get in trouble for it, but if they are left alone (as they truly were) then you'd be saving them
This just shows you that you should be thankful about your mothers and all they do for you, because its a lot better than these people
