It really annoys me that some of the wives only spent a few years in prison or completely got off scot-free because they snitch on their husbands despite the fact that they participated in these crimes.

Apparently, Karla Homolka and Paul Bernardo videotaped parts of their crimes, which showed that Karla was a co-conspirator. However, Bernardo was also very violent toward Karla. There is an infamous photo of Karla after she went to the police with two HUGE, gruesome black eyes. She used her husband's abuse as a way of manipulating the criminal investigation and the police didn't search diligently enough to find all the evidence. They saw her as another victim of Bernardo. She made her plea deal and it was accepted by the court. Then the videotapes were found and the police pretty much said, Aw, shit! I'm happy that James and Jennifer Crumbley were punished to the fullest extent of the law in Michigan. While their son Ethan is serving multiple life sentences; his parents are serving I think twenty to twenty-five years each for Manslaughter. Even though they are not directly responsible for the deaths at Oxford High School; they knew their son was troubled but did nothing to intervene. A lot of people have remarked that Ethan should have gotten the Death Penalty; but this wouldn't have been possible owing to two key factors. First off, Ethan Crumbley was fifteen years old at the time of the shooting; therefore his age would have shielded him from Capital Punishment due to a decision by the US Supreme Court in the 2005 case of Roper v. Simmons. Secondly, Michigan is an anti Death Penalty state; having been the first state in the US to abolish Capital Punishment in the nineteenth century.
Not trying to sound sexist or anything but why the hell almost all these women get less harsh punishments if it was 2 guys it would probably be the same punishment. Also snitching on your friends is one thing but ur romantic partner nah that's disrespectful
So, it's like this because all these women were manipulated by their partners to commit those gross crimes, blackmailing them to abandon them and probably all of them were in love with the men to accept a rupture.
I can't believe all these couples! How could they do that to innocent people! What they did was scary! I feel sorry for all those innnocent people, especially young ones! I also can't believe some divorced and some sent their own children away. I don't like it when people divorce. I'm glad one victim escaped when she was kidnapped and that another survived an attempted murder! God bless the innocent people!🙏
My dad met Starkweather. He has nothing nice to say (and it was just a brief meeting) about him. In doing genealogy for a friend of mine, when adding her half aunt’s father, I found out that her half aunt’s father had been the gas station attendant that Starkweather had killed.
It’s an insult to women everywhere when they give wives or girlfriends shorter sentences bc what they’re saying is that the women would’ve done the right thing but they were too weak & scared.
In the Gabriel Fernandez video the man in the blue jumpsuit is not Isauro Aguirre but Gabriel father Arnold who wasn't involved in his death the reason why he was in prison jumpsuit because he got in trouble they brought him in to see if you wanted to make an impact statement he declined but he wanted to hear the rest of the sentence which the judge agreed too
I thought Starkweather & Fugate killed more people than Bonnie & Clyde. I knew THEIR count was 12 including 9 cops. So I looked it up literally a few minutes before watching this. Starkweather & Fugates count is only 11, one less than Bonnie & Clyde BUT while Bonnie & Clyde only killed men Starkweather & Fugate killed five women & her 2 year old sister.
It seems amazing to me how many women take the easy way out and testify against their husbands, sometimes for complete immunity. Like the woman who got 'disillusioned' that she and her husband kept an innocent woman in a box for 7 or so years... despite the fact she was there for 7 years.
The irony is women get away with murder more and get lesser sentences because of sexism. People still can’t accept the idea that women are capable of such violence so when women kill they are less likely to be suspected (this is actually one of the reasons it takes female serial killers longer to get caught) and when they are partners in crimes they are believed to be the submissive partner even in cases where this is not the case (Alvin and Judith Neelly, Fred and Rose West).
I know, I’m surprised that Clyde Barrow & Bonnie Parker aren’t on the list, let alone a dishonorable mention. I barely know anything about them, but I’ve briefly heard of a song about Bonnie & Clyde multiple times on “Rush Hour 3” in French since I was 8 years old.
The spousal testimonial privilege precludes one spouse from testifying against the other spouse in criminal or related proceedings. Either spouse can invoke the privilege to prevent the testimony. This privilege does not survive the dissolution of the marital relationship. Cornell Law
Alton Coleman and Debra Brown were at one point rumoured to be seen in Springdale Ohio (north of Cincinnati Ohio) which is where I was working at the time. There were announcements on the radio not to be out on the streets around lunchtime. We were all scared to death.
I saw the title and immediately thought of the wests, the serial killling couple out of the UK, and the Fishers. I only remeber the women’s names Rose West and Lydia Fisher. The mother that killed her son, that one hit home hard because I know a mother that abused her 4 year old son to the point he was a walking skeleton and completely black from layers of bruises. He was put in foster care but died the next day due to his injuries, and my friend his foster mom broke her finger turning the mother’s face into a bowl for table side quack. The mother’s excuse when sentenced? “My boyfriend didn’t like him.” 😑then get a new boyfriend asswaffle.
There seems to be eerie similarities between the Hookers' kidnapping of Colleen Stan and the Garridos' kidnapping of Jaycee Dugard. The major difference between these two cases is that Janice Hooker helped Colleen escape whereas Nancy Garrido was complicit to Jaycee's kidnapping and repeatedly sexual assaults from Philip Garrido.
I find it stupidly unfair that the wife/gf gets less to no punishment along side the husband/bf since they both had malicious intent like what is with the sexism when comes to both sides doing fucked up things

Bonnie and Clyde is not on the list
Bonnie and Clyde are now both irrelevant.
What about the Turpins?
What they did to their kids was terrible
Men get the death sentence and the women get life? Thats disgusting. Equal crime, equal punishments.
You really want criminals to have rights
Number one don't surprise me. I'm not surprise to see the West as well as Hindley and Brady on here too.
wife/girlfriend life in prison (maybe get parole one day) husband/boyfriend Death such equality
Fred and rose also killed their own daughter
I'm suprised Bonnie and Clyde never made it on the list.
ikr its prolly bc so many , mentally insane ppl romanticise them. thier serial killers and robbers smh horrible ppl
Me too. Also the absence of Adolf and Eva surprised me.
Compared to most of these duos, they look like saints.
Most evil couple of recent would either go to the Turpins or the Crumbleys. They’re both lousy excuses for parents to their own respective kids.
@nullinlack585 I didn't think of that, you have a Good point null.
@@nullinlack585nah that’s complete bs. The one bitch waited 7 years to say something to the cops.
God bless the innocent people!🙏
WE LIVE IN A CRUEL WORLD... FACTS!
My dad met Starkweather. He has nothing nice to say (and it was just a brief meeting) about him. In doing genealogy for a friend of mine, when adding her half aunt’s father, I found out that her half aunt’s father had been the gas station attendant that Starkweather had killed.
I’m surprised Bonnie and Clyde weren’t on this list.
It’s an insult to women everywhere when they give wives or girlfriends shorter sentences bc what they’re saying is that the women would’ve done the right thing but they were too weak & scared.
Fred and Rose West are the most evil imo.
Yes they were truly evil
The Starkweather case is mentioned by Billy Joel in "We Didn't Start the Fire".
Now that song is running through my head
@@TammieR-B worst goddam song ever written! But I like Piano Man.
@@proudcynophile1901 I don't know about the worst........ wicked game by Chris Isaak, anything by Rick Astley........ Many other songs come to mind😆
I like how their is not list. Tastefully done.
you guys should do worst couples in history, or worst couple fights in history. did any married couple fights end up in wars?
These are the infamous couples of crime.
hopefully these equal rights for woman people are making good ground and these wives will be getting the same sentences in the future.
I'm totally for this, like I'm for striking a woman in self defense just like I would with a guy.
Right lmao u want equal rights here u go😂
I'm surprised that Clyde Barrow and Bonnie Parker wasn't number one.I mean how can you forget Bonnie and Clyde
Great point, Jeff! I added Benjamin and Erika Sifrit to this future list as well, bud!! Jim C.
Jay Z and Beyonce sure didnt!
I can't believe some of the people they let off
The spousal testimonial privilege precludes one spouse from testifying against the other spouse in criminal or related proceedings. Either spouse can invoke the privilege to prevent the testimony. This privilege does not survive the dissolution of the marital relationship.
Cornell Law
Truly wild to START this list with the Birnie's. They were horrific people. Catherine now runs the prison Tupperware club though
Did the closing music remind anyone else of the music used in deal or no deal?
TOP 10 BEST NETFLIX Animated Shows
Alton Coleman and Debra Brown were at one point rumoured to be seen in Springdale Ohio (north of Cincinnati Ohio) which is where I was working at the time. There were announcements on the radio not to be out on the streets around lunchtime. We were all scared to death.
I recognize most of the people on this list, feels like a red flag.
How come are there people like this
Suggestion: Top 10 fictional children/adolescents turned evil in movies.

Lake and Ng, toolbox killers, Coral and many helpers.
I find it stupidly unfair that the wife/gf gets less to no punishment along side the husband/bf since they both had malicious intent like what is with the sexism when comes to both sides doing fucked up things
I remember the terror attack in sb. I was scared I was in middle school and I found out before the whole school cause I had a doctor's appointment and I was peaking over a lady's phone. They had our school on lockdown.
Poor Gabriel rip that little baby
Yeah, that poor child should have had his whole life ahead of him. Same with Tammy and all of the others who were murdered/abducted by these disgusting people.

A Top of Most Evil Families. Bonnie and Clyde must be in the list.
They weren’t family. Now Clyde’s actual family would qualify.
