NICE! Dune and Gold/brass is giving me ideas!
Thank you for finding my video helpful in a way!
May ik which switch is ur fav on the envoy?
For now, I would say these deep sounding HMX switches (Canglan, EVA)
@@DadTech1981 I see, would you say the plate foam plays a significant role in terms of sound for the envoy? What is the main difference with and without it
@@hew.j 100% affects the sound. With CF plate and no foams, I am hearing a bit of a hollow sound. Thus, the plate foam. I might try it with POM plate and no foams and see if I'm happy with it. IMO foams should be based on preference and not to hide imperfections.
@@DadTech1981 Thanks for the input, I do find the alu plate kinda hollow with Obscura switches, or maybe I'm just being picky haha
The board is actually picky. That's what I noticed with my 3 Modes. Can't just slap anything on it and call it a day. You got work to do
These sounds the lowest pitch among all HMX switches
That is true! I kinda like it having variations of low to high
^ agreed, these are definitely on a deeper side of the HMXs 👀 may have to grab a set myself now
@@DestenSheng very very close to the one that you have, HMX EVA tbh
