Oh bloody hell, I hope NOT!! Let the band rest in peace already. Unless it's a compilation old live stuff or more lost recordings or just a best of anthology.
Otherwise, it's just bastardization of the legacy, by churning out new crap that tries to capitalize on perfection which should be left alone.
Enough with the remakes, remasters, reissues, and resurrections. Enjoy the legacy that exists and leave it be.
PS :
Considering Savatage could very well have packed it in back in 1993/1994 with Criss' death, we are already damn lucky to have gotten an additional 7 or 8 years from them before finally closing the Savatage chapter in 2001 ; but then 3 years later we got like a "Savatage 2.0" in the form of JOP, and that gave us nearly another decade (2004-2013, if you include the last album released under just "Oliva" rather than JOP) of music, a lot of which was all the unfinished and unrecorded material from Criss' archives. And then there's the TSO to boot, which ran parallel to Savatage since 1996, who still revisits Savatage material and gives it a makeover in their own shows.
And that still isn't enough? Still gotta clamor and cry for "new albums"?
Judas Christ. Some people are just greedy and selfish, I guess.

Ugh... more promises of a "final album" which is more like the start of a new era.
When you said "Curtain Call" I thought you were referring to the final JOP release which was Raise The Curtain... confused me, all this curtain jazz... sorry for the snide reply (if you saw it, lol)... I've been correcting fans of self-appointed trivia status all day, lol.
Curtains, indeed, though... I wish some of these bands knew when to call it "curtains" for real, like when there's been no releases in over a decade or more? Most fans have moved on (contented with revisiting the old catalog, cos let's face it, that is what they wanna hear anyway), and more importantly, the "feel "that made those albums and that band what it was back in the day, has moved on (or passed on) also.

The music video edit version sucks so hard. The album version is just under 6 minutes long and has the full guitar solo which is amazing and worth that extra 30 seconds.
EDIT : I goofed ; it's not the guitar solo that was edited (I am thinking of Jesus Saves - the video edit butchered that one hard) ; the problem on this one is that it WAS prematurely faded out, which is so stupid cos there wanly 30 seconds to go (that's like quitting school in grade 12 a month before graduation) - it's still a sin cos the formal ending is so satisfying in its resolve. So, yeah, the video still sucks hard for doing a cop-out fade-out, lol.
