Hi Angie, your settings prevent a direct reply on your comment. E13 is a PCB problem and may be due to a corrupted memory IC. This may require the control board replacing or possibly the old one reprogramming.
+monem khadr It is not possible for an engineer to reprogramme a board without the specialist equipment from the manufacturer. If you suspect your machine has a programming fault you will need to buy a programmed board or have a specialist engineer to do the job.

It fills with water, water is coming in fine and it seems to fill a bit more than usual, then just stops, doesnt then go into the usual wash cycle. I can turn off then turn to spin cycle and it will empty and spin. I have checked the valves with a multimeter and they are fine. What else could it be? Thanks so much
Hi Man, E02 normally refers to not filling so as you have said it is filling ok then check the pressure hose and pressure switch, test the hose for a hole or a blockage first.

Thanks a lot for that. After our Candy Grand Vita got 03 error I did not have a clue what was happening. I have found 3 colour catcher sheets in a drain pump. Somehow they managed to get through the drum to the pump and blocked it.

Hi Onasis, glad to hear you sorted the problem. You must remember to check the pockets of everyone's washing before loading the machine. If the 'wrong sized' coin catches between the drum and tub on spin it can punch a hole through the tub and cause a very expensive repair.

Thanks for the video! I keep getting an E03 on my Hoover WMH 148DF. I've tried removing the filter, as per 1m40s, but only get the white cap, not the black bit which is still stuck in the machine. I don't want to break it, but is there a recommended way to get it out if this happens?
Hi Wolfy, there are 2 possibles I can think of. Can you get a flat blade screwdriver behind to move it enough to take it out, or a pair of pliars to gently pull it out.
Legend, thank you. A combination of a small flathead and nose cone pliers did the trick. I found two coins, one hairband and a whole lot of limescale. Eugh! If anyone else has this problem: the black bit isn't threaded, so you can wiggle it out without having to twist it.
Ok what's an E13 code on a Hoover 10+ Dynamic Steam ? It will not spin, have turned power off at socket. It's not a washer dryer, it's just a washing machine but I reckon possibly the heater part ? I found an internet article which said (with no digital display on my Optima 814 /2-86S) hold down the top right LED button (cold wash) and then move the program selector two steps clockwise - after circa 5 seconds let go of the button, all the LED lights should light up simultaneously, then the machine will go into self test mode - physically checking each part of the machine by running it. Hi thanks for reply, much appreciated, but we may be talking cross purposes/models - not sure what you mean 1st option button? The button nearest the turn-control is marked as a "cold wash" symobl, and it has an LED immediately to the left of it. By pressing that, turning the control knob two clicks clockwise and letting it go after 5 seconds, it does indeed make all the LEDs light up, however the machine does not go into test mode, does not show an error - nothing. The error we get doing test washes is error 3 and I removed and tested the drain pump motor today to find that the motor has an occasional fault (probably a worn bearing as it is sometimes free, other times harder to turn, by hand). So I have a new part ordered. But I'd be really happy if you can tell me how to get the beast to actually start physically testing itself - for future knowledge. Thanks again
I have the VHD SENSOR DRY 1400 AAA(9+6 kg)for the past 5 years !!! So far i had no problem with it until know , when i turn it on at any program i keep seeing on the panel the sign E08 !

Hi, I have a Hoover VHD9163ZD-80, its has a new motor, mainboard, console and pump fitted during the last call out 9 months ago. Basically changed most of the major parts. Now the protection cover has expired and its showing E09 and wont spin the drum. It will drain, but other cycles simply stop within a minute as it cant spin at the beginning. Could a snapped belt do this? The belt did seem more squeaky after the refit. It showed the error mid cycle after a day of back to back washes. I didnt see it stop, just noticed after some time, but it did spin up and start that cycle initially. Any idea what it could be? Thanks a lot for your help.
Hi Sam, as E09 is a motor related error start by checking the motor brushes to see if they are very worn (see: th-cam.com/video/MNInJd7js5A/w-d-xo.html) If these are not very worn and the motor does not rotate the drum you may have a faulty PCB/Module.
I tried checking the front of the hoover washing machine at the bottom filter and only the white bit unscrewed and the black part is still in the machine so i can't check it i have an e03 error and not draining the water any ideas please

Hi Firas, if you have confirmed the fuse and there is power to the machine have you got a display? you need to confirm with a multimeter if you are getting a circuit through to the board.

Hi Patrik Belanyi thanks for the post. We would recommend checking the water inlet valve/anti-flood system for damage. Additionally, check the condition of the pressure switch and the wirings.

Hi Ian, If you have checked that there is continuity from the plug to the connector on the board and there is no signs of power in the machine it would suggest a PCB problem. If the machine is less than a year old it may be covered by the manufacturers warranty so we would suggest contacting the retailer.

Have you checked the machine is heating?. If the machine does not show the error until some time into the wash cycle put on a hot wash and see if the water is heating. A faulty heater may also cause this error.

If the lock flashes when you try and start a programme it may be indicating it is trying to lock but has a problem with the lock itself and you should suspect the lock and replace if required. If the door locks correctly check the motor brushes.
i have an e03 error code and this is the second time it has done this but i can not remember what i did to rectify it, i have checked the filter and there is nothing in there that can cause this problem.... The thing is it only does it on certain cycles please help getting frustrated now lol
+Sharron Tennant E03 is a drain error, the fact you say it is intermittent suggests the machine is draining slowly and timing out. Set the machine to a rinse cycle so it fills to a higher level and time how long it takes to empty. It should be around 45 seconds or less. If over a minute check for a blockage. if under 45 seconds try a washing machine cleaner as there may be deposit restricting the pressure switch chamber. Cannot find this error at the moment, what is the model number?. As it is a new machine it is likely to be an installation problem, check the water supply, the drain hose connection and have you removed any transit bolts?.
+matjaž švegelj Two methods, Lower the drain hose to a bowl and allow the water to run out. Or tip the machine back till it rests at an angle against a wall then unplug and open the door as the water should be below the door. Ladle the water out and use a sponge to clear most of the remaining then use a shallow tray for the last bit with towels when you remove the filter.
Hi Callum, the error indicates a motor speed problem, if it does not turn at all check the motor brushes as in this video: th-cam.com/video/MNInJd7js5A/w-d-xo.html If it spins to high speed check the tacho coil on the motor for resistance back to the plug. If the coil shows resistance it is likely to be the PCB that has failed.
Ahhh damn it! The past couple of washes I've done have displayed an E07 code at the end of the cycle (whilst waiting for the doorlock indicator to go out), and refused to unlock the door for a while as a result.. But now, the machine doesn't think I've closed the door so I can't even start a cycle.. The door lock indicator just flashes as if waiting for me to close the door.. Grrr.. Please tell me there's something I can do to fix this today..

Good morning, I have a Hoover washing machine (model HWB 814D/L-80S) that displays error code E07. This only appears at the very end of the cycle once the spin is complete (no issues with any spin cycles). I've opened the top of the machine a couple of times and played around with the lock and the machine has started working normally for a week or so before the error reappears. When the error shows I put it on a quick spin cycle and about the third time of asking the error doesn't show and I can open the door. The machines always locks and allows me to start a wash cycle. Any ideas of what this could be? Should I replace the door lock or could it be the PCB? Seems odd that is can be cleared eventually, but this isn't ideal as you still have to wait for another spin cycle or two and still no guarantees. Any help would be appreciated, thank you. Chris
Hi Chris, as we say the error E07 is indicating a problem with the door lock. Replacing this would be the next thing to do and a lot cheaper than replacing the PCB.
If eight lights flash it is probably to notify you of a problem but you may also find one starts to 'flash' as described. If you cannot identify a fault code try and identify what is happening just before the lights flash. This can then help to identify what is going wrong. Hi Simon, you are right Mat didn't show the motor but did explain it was the motor speed sensor, if it is still tripping the electrics there is a component that is down to earth usually causing it and the easy way to check is with a meggar meter.
Hi AWNI check that the child lock is not engaged and ensure the door lock is locking if they are OK test the heater as this may be an issue before suspecting anything else.

Hi James, the padlock flashing is indicating the door has not closed so it will not start, check the door lock first and also check the carbon brushes as this can also stop the machine from starting.

The flashes should pause then start again so by counting the flashes from pausing should give the error. If you cannot identify an error check motor brushes and then suspect the lock itself.

I have a Hoover dynamic next 1400. It was coming up with a E16 error n E03 I’ve checked the hoses n got a fifty cent piece out but it still coming up with the E03 error. It’s washing an draining but not spinning the excess water out of the clothes. Does anyone have any throughs.
Hi Liz, as we say in the video E03 is a drain problem, this will occur if the water has not completely emptied in the allowed time (45 to 60 seconds typically). +Sherryn Eloff If you turn the machine off at the wall for two minutes it will allow the door to open but make sure the water is not over the door rim or it will flood out. Check the motor brushes as a precaution but if E09 shows when retested suspect the control board.

Fault codes should show when a fault is detected , either digitally or by flashing lights, and disappear when the fault is resolved, so may be a control PCB or wiring fault. There is nothing you can do to get a fault code to show.

I got candy alise G0 W 485 D washer and dryer, which he wont spin at all, with no error codes whatsoever, all work just wont spin ? Any idea, door lock LED came red, when you try wash or dry, water go out, and in, I just hear some brrrom not so loud but is present, whan ever try set any program. I got idea, maybe motor is bad, or maybe brushes on motor, or is bad capacitor for motor, because I hear click sound of relay on motherboard. But like I said, no error codes at all. Hi mojkanal212, check the drain because it will not spin unless it has drained correctly, start with the filter and check the impeller and remember to put something down for the water and if ok test the pump with a multimeter.
hi, I just take out the motor, check spin sensor (midle red wires) i got reading app 43 ohm (multimeter set on 200 ohms) and I think motor is okay. check other five contacts got app 1-5 ohms on correct pins, take out the brushes, they like new. So what options I got left ? TACHOMETRIC sensor seems look work, brushes ok, motor okay. susspect on capacitor, but I dont have a capacitor tester or teet mode on my multimeter. Im thinking maybe is not bad if I put all back and try that self diagnostic test, but I dont know how to do that. any manual maybe ? thank you all
I got now, error code E08, that is first I've see, because never wait so long :) But I got reading on that two red wires on motor connector (from taho sensor) 42,7 ohms and if I spin motor ohms go up, and back to same 42,7 ohms, the brushes look like new, and motor gave me a readings which is indicate is okay, so only capacitor or ?? thanks for tutoring :)
my hoover DYN7164D1X/1-80 washers for about 30mins in the cottons programme then displays error code 03. I found this video of yours and followed all the steps as you instructed about error code 03 for a blocked drain by clearing the pump and the pipe and ran it again but it still washes for about 30mins and then displays 03. What could be the problem??? Thank you.

eSpares Hello Matt, i overhauled the machine's drainage pipe as well as the kitchen sink drain pipes and the machine washed for nearly 2hrs, then brought the error code E03 again. The machine is just one yaer old. Thank you.
TusBel If the water was gone within the expected time then you may have a partial blockage of the pressure switch system. There is a 'tube' attached to the drum that when water is in the machine pushes air to the pressure switch. If there is a blockage then air may be forced up when filling but not escape when emptying. Check the tube is not blocked by disconnecting and blowing into the tub. If this is clear replace the heater as this can give strange faults when it starts to fail.

+Sardar Qadir On some machines worn motor brushes can show a door lock problem so check these. If there is no damage showing on the door lock connector the problem is likely to be the control board unless you can find damage on the door wiring.

Hi I have checked the door lock its okay but I noticed that when i switched the washer on the error E01 appear after 2 second while LCD showed that water flows into the drum but its not happening then E01 appear I checked the solenoid valves it gaves 3.5K ohm to 4,5K ohm during this time i checked for electricity coming from the board (ac) there is no electricity.
E03 is a drain error, check the filter is not blocked with debris and the machine empties from a rinse in less than a minute. if there is a lot of suds in the drum as this may be due to too much detergent confusing the pressure switch. The larger amount of material may help to generate more foam as it is washed. if the problem re occurs just look through the door to see if there is a lot of foam.
As we say at 0:26 "If your machine doesn't have a digital display and it has a regularly blinking light on the control panel count the number of flashes the light makes between pauses this will give you the relevant number of error code."
Yes it have LED display and there is no error code. And after googling I found out it is capacitor on power board, which dies eventually. I did assumed that before, so I will replace that capacitor.

+drubio235 E05 is saying the machine 'thinks' there is a problem with the readings from the water temperature sensor. If the problem occurs after a while try a 'cold' wash and see if it is trying to heat the water as that may be the control board relay stuck. Before replacing the module make sure the connection to the ntc is clean and the wires have not fractured and broken.

It fills with water, water is coming in fine and it seems to fill a bit more than usual, then just stops, doesnt then go into the usual wash cycle. I can turn off then turn to spin cycle and it will empty and spin. I have checked the valves with a multimeter and they are fine. What else could it be? Thanks so much
Hi Man, E02 normally refers to not filling so as you have said it is filling ok then check the pressure hose and pressure switch, test the hose for a hole or a blockage first.

Thanks a lot for that. After our Candy Grand Vita got 03 error I did not have a clue what was happening. I have found 3 colour catcher sheets in a drain pump. Somehow they managed to get through the drum to the pump and blocked it.

You must remember to check the pockets of everyone's washing before loading the machine.
If the 'wrong sized' coin catches between the drum and tub on spin it can punch a hole through the tub and cause a very expensive repair.

Thanks for the video! I keep getting an E03 on my Hoover WMH 148DF. I've tried removing the filter, as per 1m40s, but only get the white cap, not the black bit which is still stuck in the machine. I don't want to break it, but is there a recommended way to get it out if this happens?
Hi Wolfy, there are 2 possibles I can think of. Can you get a flat blade screwdriver behind to move it enough to take it out, or a pair of pliars to gently pull it out.
Legend, thank you. A combination of a small flathead and nose cone pliers did the trick. I found two coins, one hairband and a whole lot of limescale. Eugh! If anyone else has this problem: the black bit isn't threaded, so you can wiggle it out without having to twist it.

Ok what's an E13 code on a Hoover 10+ Dynamic Steam ? It will not spin, have turned power off at socket. It's not a washer dryer, it's just a washing machine but I reckon possibly the heater part ? I found an internet article which said (with no digital display on my Optima 814 /2-86S) hold down the top right LED button (cold wash) and then move the program selector two steps clockwise - after circa 5 seconds let go of the button, all the LED lights should light up simultaneously, then the machine will go into self test mode - physically checking each part of the machine by running it. Turn the Program's Selector Knob 2 steps in the clockwise sense
After about 5 seconds, release the FIRST Option Button with LED to the left

Hi thanks for reply, much appreciated, but we may be talking cross purposes/models - not sure what you mean 1st option button? The button nearest the turn-control is marked as a "cold wash" symobl, and it has an LED immediately to the left of it. By pressing that, turning the control knob two clicks clockwise and letting it go after 5 seconds, it does indeed make all the LEDs light up, however the machine does not go into test mode, does not show an error - nothing. The error we get doing test washes is error 3 and I removed and tested the drain pump motor today to find that the motor has an occasional fault (probably a worn bearing as it is sometimes free, other times harder to turn, by hand). So I have a new part ordered. But I'd be really happy if you can tell me how to get the beast to actually start physically testing itself - for future knowledge. Thanks again
I have the VHD SENSOR DRY 1400 AAA(9+6 kg)for the past 5 years !!! So far i had no problem with it until know , when i turn it on at any program i keep seeing on the panel the sign E08 !
E08 means the module cannot identify the drum turning. If the drum does not turn check the motor brushes and for more information see another video:

Hi, I have a Hoover VHD9163ZD-80, its has a new motor, mainboard, console and pump fitted during the last call out 9 months ago. Basically changed most of the major parts. Now the protection cover has expired and its showing E09 and wont spin the drum. It will drain, but other cycles simply stop within a minute as it cant spin at the beginning. Could a snapped belt do this? The belt did seem more squeaky after the refit. It showed the error mid cycle after a day of back to back washes. I didnt see it stop, just noticed after some time, but it did spin up and start that cycle initially. Any idea what it could be? Thanks a lot for your help.
Hi Sam, as E09 is a motor related error start by checking the motor brushes to see if they are very worn (see: th-cam.com/video/MNInJd7js5A/w-d-xo.html)
If these are not very worn and the motor does not rotate the drum you may have a faulty PCB/Module.

Hi Firas, if you have confirmed the fuse and there is power to the machine have you got a display? you need to confirm with a multimeter if you are getting a circuit through to the board.

Check the connections to the heater and NTC. if everything else is OK it may need a new PCB.

Hi Patrik Belanyi thanks for the post. We would recommend checking the water inlet valve/anti-flood system for damage. Additionally, check the condition of the pressure switch and the wirings.

We cannot confirm the age but if the flashing does not 'pause' and repeat suspect the door lock and replace it.

Hi Ian, If you have checked that there is continuity from the plug to the connector on the board and there is no signs of power in the machine it would suggest a PCB problem. If the machine is less than a year old it may be covered by the manufacturers warranty so we would suggest contacting the retailer.

If you have lines spinning on the display it means your washing machine is checking the weight of the wash load 🙄

I have a Candy washing machine model Grandò Evo 1082D which gives me an E07 error and the front door doesn't open (Blocked), I cannot open the door because the handle is not to side of the door but it's almost upward and even hidden, I need help please to open it (I don't know if you had issues with similar models like mine).
Your model is not common in the UK. there is a lever that may have broke between the handle and the door catch. To open the door see another video:

Once the door is open you can dismantle and examine the handle and lever for signs of damage if required.

Have you checked the machine is heating?. If the machine does not show the error until some time into the wash cycle put on a hot wash and see if the water is heating. A faulty heater may also cause this error.

If the lock flashes when you try and start a programme it may be indicating it is trying to lock but has a problem with the lock itself and you should suspect the lock and replace if required. If the door locks correctly check the motor brushes.

i have an e03 error code and this is the second time it has done this but i can not remember what i did to rectify it, i have checked the filter and there is nothing in there that can cause this problem.... The thing is it only does it on certain cycles

+Sharron Tennant E03 is a drain error, the fact you say it is intermittent suggests the machine is draining slowly and timing out. Set the machine to a rinse cycle so it fills to a higher level and time how long it takes to empty. It should be around 45 seconds or less. If over a minute check for a blockage. if under 45 seconds try a washing machine cleaner as there may be deposit restricting the pressure switch chamber. See other videos like:

As it is a new machine it is likely to be an installation problem, check the water supply, the drain hose connection and have you removed any transit bolts?.
e03....machine is full of water....is any chance of getting water out without flooding bathroom thru filter
+matjaž švegelj Two methods, Lower the drain hose to a bowl and allow the water to run out. Or tip the machine back till it rests at an angle against a wall then unplug and open the door as the water should be below the door. Ladle the water out and use a sponge to clear most of the remaining then use a shallow tray for the last bit with towels when you remove the filter.

Hi Callum, the error indicates a motor speed problem, if it does not turn at all check the motor brushes as in this video:

If it spins to high speed check the tacho coil on the motor for resistance back to the plug. If the coil shows resistance it is likely to be the PCB that has failed.

The past couple of washes I've done have displayed an E07 code at the end of the cycle (whilst waiting for the doorlock indicator to go out), and refused to unlock the door for a while as a result..
But now, the machine doesn't think I've closed the door so I can't even start a cycle.. The door lock indicator just flashes as if waiting for me to close the door.. Grrr..
Please tell me there's something I can do to fix this today..
Hi Jaxx it does sound like the issue you have is the door lock from the error code, if it has gone completely you will need to change it.

Good morning, I have a Hoover washing machine (model HWB 814D/L-80S) that displays error code E07. This only appears at the very end of the cycle once the spin is complete (no issues with any spin cycles). I've opened the top of the machine a couple of times and played around with the lock and the machine has started working normally for a week or so before the error reappears. When the error shows I put it on a quick spin cycle and about the third time of asking the error doesn't show and I can open the door. The machines always locks and allows me to start a wash cycle. Any ideas of what this could be? Should I replace the door lock or could it be the PCB? Seems odd that is can be cleared eventually, but this isn't ideal as you still have to wait for another spin cycle or two and still no guarantees. Any help would be appreciated, thank you. Chris
Hi Chris, as we say the error E07 is indicating a problem with the door lock. Replacing this would be the next thing to do and a lot cheaper than replacing the PCB.

If eight lights flash it is probably to notify you of a problem but you may also find one starts to 'flash' as described. If you cannot identify a fault code try and identify what is happening just before the lights flash. This can then help to identify what is going wrong. You didnt show where to look for e08, also my drier has a new element but keeps tripping the machine out but no other electrics in the house
Hi Simon, you are right Mat didn't show the motor but did explain it was the motor speed sensor, if it is still tripping the electrics there is a component that is down to earth usually causing it and the easy way to check is with a meggar meter.

Hi James, the padlock flashing is indicating the door has not closed so it will not start, check the door lock first and also check the carbon brushes as this can also stop the machine from starting.

The flashes should pause then start again so by counting the flashes from pausing should give the error. If you cannot identify an error check motor brushes and then suspect the lock itself.

I have a Hoover dynamic next 1400. It was coming up with a E16 error n E03 I’ve checked the hoses n got a fifty cent piece out but it still coming up with the E03 error. It’s washing an draining but not spinning the excess water out of the clothes. Does anyone have any throughs.
Hi Liz, as we say in the video E03 is a drain problem, this will occur if the water has not completely emptied in the allowed time (45 to 60 seconds typically). If the machine is still trying to empty (pump running not 'gurgling') then check for a further restriction and watch this video:

+Sherryn Eloff If you turn the machine off at the wall for two minutes it will allow the door to open but make sure the water is not over the door rim or it will flood out. Check the motor brushes as a precaution but if E09 shows when retested suspect the control board.

Fault codes should show when a fault is detected , either digitally or by flashing lights, and disappear when the fault is resolved, so may be a control PCB or wiring fault. There is nothing you can do to get a fault code to show.

Good place to start as many machines will do a quick self check and if the pump or motor are 'open circuit' it may not start.

Hi Pala, make sure the water has drained then turn the machine off at the wall for three minutes. If the door still wont open give a light thump above the handle on the rim. If this fails see another video: th-cam.com/video/s-_x2tSmd0A/w-d-xo.html

If there is no pattern of recognisable errors IE E04, E12 etc then it is likely that the control board is faulty.

Hi Fury, E04 is explained in the video which refers to the anti-flood has been activated due to a leak.

Hoover say e22 means engineer required at £130 or £15mth for next 12mths..... wouldn’t tell me what fault the code actually points to☹️

I got candy alise G0 W 485 D washer and dryer, which he wont spin at all, with no error codes whatsoever, all work just wont spin ? Any idea, door lock LED came red, when you try wash or dry, water go out, and in, I just hear some brrrom not so loud but is present, whan ever try set any program.
I got idea, maybe motor is bad, or maybe brushes on motor, or is bad capacitor for motor, because I hear click sound of relay on motherboard. But like I said, no error codes at all.

Hi mojkanal212, check the drain because it will not spin unless it has drained correctly, start with the filter and check the impeller and remember to put something down for the water and if ok test the pump with a multimeter.
hi eSpares , drain work okay, just wont spin, I will check motorm brushes and sensor when I came back home.
hi, I just take out the motor, check spin sensor (midle red wires) i got reading app 43 ohm (multimeter set on 200 ohms) and I think motor is okay. check other five contacts got app 1-5 ohms on correct pins, take out the brushes, they like new.
So what options I got left ? TACHOMETRIC sensor seems look work, brushes ok, motor okay.
susspect on capacitor, but I dont have a capacitor tester or teet mode on my multimeter.
Im thinking maybe is not bad if I put all back and try that self diagnostic test, but I dont know how to do that. any manual maybe ?

I got now, error code E08, that is first I've see, because never wait so long :)
But I got reading on that two red wires on motor connector (from taho sensor) 42,7 ohms and if I spin motor ohms go up, and back to same 42,7 ohms, the brushes look like new, and motor gave me a readings which is indicate is okay, so only capacitor or ??

Hi mojkanal212, good work checking the motor so it does point to the capacitor or the main board.
my hoover DYN7164D1X/1-80 washers for about 30mins in the cottons programme then displays error code 03. I found this video of yours and followed all the steps as you instructed about error code 03 for a blocked drain by clearing the pump and the pipe and ran it again but it still washes for about 30mins and then displays 03.
What could be the problem???

TusBel Put the machine on a rinse programme and time the draining. The machine should drain in about 40 seconds. if after a minute or so it is still trying to drain you may still have a blockage. For more information see another video:

eSpares Hello Matt, i overhauled the machine's drainage pipe as well as the kitchen sink drain pipes and the machine washed for nearly 2hrs, then brought the error code E03 again. The machine is just one yaer old. Thank you.
TusBel If the water was gone within the expected time then you may have a partial blockage of the pressure switch system. There is a 'tube' attached to the drum that when water is in the machine pushes air to the pressure switch. If there is a blockage then air may be forced up when filling but not escape when emptying. Check the tube is not blocked by disconnecting and blowing into the tub. If this is clear replace the heater as this can give strange faults when it starts to fail.

hi thank you for responds my hoover wdyn9646pg-30s shows E01 and i checked the door lock on of signal and use another door lock and I checked the pcb connections its okay what its wiring means some thing been burned like that how can I specified it or can i restart the control board thanks a lot.
+Sardar Qadir On some machines worn motor brushes can show a door lock problem so check these. If there is no damage showing on the door lock connector the problem is likely to be the control board unless you can find damage on the door wiring.

thank you for your corporate I just checked my Hoover washer dryer motor its brush less motor.and again I checked on-off door lock its perfect but as a notice when its firstly showed E01 two times its worked and then the error back.thanks

Hi I have checked the door lock its okay but I noticed that when i switched the washer on the error E01 appear after 2 second while LCD showed that water flows into the drum but its not happening then E01 appear I checked the solenoid valves it gaves 3.5K ohm to 4,5K ohm during this time i checked for electricity coming from the board (ac) there is no electricity.
what about wrong installation message.

E03 is a drain error, check the filter is not blocked with debris and the machine empties from a rinse in less than a minute. if there is a lot of suds in the drum as this may be due to too much detergent confusing the pressure switch. For more information see another of our videos:

The larger amount of material may help to generate more foam as it is washed. if the problem re occurs just look through the door to see if there is a lot of foam.

As we say at 0:26 "If your machine doesn't have a digital display and it has a regularly blinking light on the control panel count the number of flashes the light makes between pauses this will give you the relevant number of error code."
Yes it have LED display and there is no error code. And after googling I found out it is capacitor on power board, which dies eventually. I did assumed that before, so I will replace that capacitor.

+cian Parker As explained in the video at 4:10 E16 is likely to be the water heater breaking down. Replacing this is likely to resolve your problem.
Hello, I have E05 and I´ve change NTC sonda and resistence, but the E05 continue in the sistem. I don´t know how reset it or solve it.
My washing machine is Hoover ODYSM8104D-37
+drubio235 E05 is saying the machine 'thinks' there is a problem with the readings from the water temperature sensor. If the problem occurs after a while try a 'cold' wash and see if it is trying to heat the water as that may be the control board relay stuck. Before replacing the module make sure the connection to the ntc is clean and the wires have not fractured and broken.
