At 5:16, on the 22 sign, Minnesota is marked above the 22.
I left a comment on your PA vid about possible helpful info.
About being pulled over, there are so many variables. Each state (state highway patrol), county, city, and township have their own forces, laws, and variable fines. How one gets treated (and fine amount) depends on violation and violation location, but I've never known anyone pulled over with weapons drawn. In fact, most people/family I know have just received a warning except one friend, who got a $75 speeding ticket.

That's really interesting, in the UK we have an impression of cops in the USA that is probably no-where near the reality! If we get stopped by police they will often just give you a warning, and I guess like police in the USA it depends on how you interact with them ie talking back is more likely to get you nicked but show some respect and your more likely to get a warning.
Most speeding offences in UK are picked up by speed camera's these days so the fine and points are automatic, although most have warning signs and car GPS's warn you, but we do also have mobile camera vans (which is how I got caught last time!)

Speed camera's are pretty much nationwide in the UK. With the mobile cameras other drivers coming in the opposite direction will often warn you that there's a camera ahead by flashing their lights at you (but not always!)

US route 59, odd number means running north south west of the Mississippi River because route 51 runs north south just east of the Mississippi River. US 59 Runs from southern Louisiana all the way north to the Canadian border.
Found NYC locale great.
Most speed limits on 2 lane roads within towns and cities is 30-40 mph in the USA.
4 lanes or dual carriageways (UK term) usually have 40-50 mph speed limits.
School zones are even lower .
In rural areas beyond town and city limits, most 2 and 4 lane highways have 55-75 speed limits depending upon each state. In west Texas on I-10 80 mph speed limit.
