Ghost Rider cant beat bobobo because bobobo is the manifestation of this world's pure joy and has not sinned. Even if he did, bobobo could redo the backstory mid fight so that he didnt. In a classic "NUH UH" Ghost Rider's guaranteed one-shot can still be nullified. Therefore yes he truly can solo EVERY verse

The deadlights would also do nothing to Bobobo as he has like 12 levels of mind-hax resistance and he's even specifically shown resistance to fear-based mind-hax as, when hit by a technique that was supposed to make his worst nightmare a reality, instead made a random dream he'd completely forgotten about real. There's literally nothing that Pennywise could turn into that could scare him, Bobobo would probably make Pennywise accidentally transform into something silly and then pretend to be scared of it for the sake of a comedic skit. Even if the deadlights WERE able to make Bobobo lose his mind, it would literally make him more powerful as it would make his Hajike stronger. Lastly, Bobobo can come back from any kind of mind, body, or soul-based damage, or even complete erasure of those things, due to his Hairball, so there's nothing Pennywise could ever do to kill him.
