Great to see this clip, with Nick Keir in his youth, not long after joining the McCalmans in the early 80s. RIP Nick.

My Uncle was a career Marine. A pilot he knew was shot in the head in a helicopter assault in Vietnam. Despite losing an eye, and sustaining incredible damage to the aircraft, he successfully got it airborne and brought it and the wounded, including himself, to a safe airfield. After surgery and a glass eye he was retained because of his skill and bravery. Friends would always alert him to any new lovely barmaid in the base town.He would order a bottle of Budweiser and give the gal a $20 bill. While she maid change he would pop his glass eye out and place it atop the beer bottle. When she'd return he'd bellow "Here's Looking At You Sweetheart! I've Kept An Eye Out For Ya". The reactions of these poor young gal's became the stuff of legends.

I remember this when it was on TV. Are there any more of these songs from this programme?
