  • We talk today about Mind/Body Syndrome or Psychophysiological disorder..
I share how I had back pain, headaches, shoulder pain, TMJ, tinnitus, IBS, urinary urgency and anxiety and how I found tools and resources to move past it.

I started with The Great Pain Deception. I've read and re-read so many times.Underlined so much wisdom. He says CFS is TMS on steroids. Oh yeah! Currently suffering aches and pains, know the triggers. Your vid is a good reminder that this will go away, as it has done so many times before. Thanks.

Subscribed. I have experienced all of the same situations you described. It was interesting to me that the addition of pain to my life (2022) was the first time I realized so many historical examples of TMS in my life. I felt so sad for the little child version of me! I am on the other side of it now, but I find that hearing other's experiences is really helpful to keep my mind on track. Look forward to engaging with you!

Wow! Thank you, thank you, thank you. I've been working with Dr Sarno's and Dr Schubiner's work for the last six months. What a difference it has made to my life. I sometimes try to tell people about it but they get that deer caught in headlights look and change the subject quickly. Listening to you I felt I was sitting with a friend. ❤ the whole time I kept saying out loud yep, uh huh, that's it. I don't feel so alone and crazy now for knowing TMS is very very real. Thank you.

I've gotten the same reaction. Like they feel sorry for me for believing Dr. Sarno's theories.

I’m a child of abuse and alcoholic home. 7years ago I was determined to workout how to be well. Or “what the fuck is wrong with me?!” Ha. I went through a profound enlightenment. Then fell through some quite horrendous hole of fake gurus and terrible practitioners. My ocd became epic. Even though I’ve know about tms from the start (perception of fear) I’m still stuck in the hole. Knowing in my beautiful soul. Love. Love. Love is the answer. If I could meet you I’d give you a massive hug ❤️

OCD for alot of folks is because we have Asperger's or add or both as myself who didn't no though I have had OCD from 3 so thats the clue with hypomobility as Sarno would call us ultra perfectionist

Trauma can produce so many symptoms as an adult. Lack of
Care at home has a life long effect in adults. The pain is real

@@neetujogi8087well no you are wrong. Nervepain can totally be TMS related, if nothing physical and structural is coming up. I dont think you understand what tms means. It is real obviously, it just means that the cause is not physical hence why nothing physical is coming up! The bodys nervous system is over active so of course we can feel nerve pain from that. Kinda stupid of you to say otherwise.

@@MigthyDucksz24 well I do have disc bulges in back and neck so there is a physical cause. And yes I agree if there is no physical cause it can be in the mind and nervous system sensitivity. But my case is a little different I am having some medication side effects also . Meds that I shouldn't have been given for long time by these evil doctors that ruined my life. I do understand what u said but all causes are different .

I healed my body completely of autoimmune disorder that certainly included incredible amounts of nerve pain. There is a mind-body connection, and what I found is that the cells are always listening to our inner-milieu (emotional environment created by our thoughts).
I encourage you to move forward with what your intuition has presented for your advancement beyond pain.
Peter Levine and Bessel Van Der Kolk are teachers to look into. Somatic tracking, as well.
Last, know that when you are leveling up, you are shifting your level of consciousness in order to have that new experience, which is WHY it feels a bit unstable in that transition. Keep the vision, no matter what the outer experience tells you. You may surprise yourself how powerful & effective you are when you allow yourself to live in a bit of delusion. It’s your mind, your secret, and no one else needs to know about your new inner-story.
Get the support you need. And nothing beats the transformation which nature fully supports.
Be well, my friend. You deserve to feel alive!!
      Blessings on your life

Does anybody knows about any story of recovery connecting body pain(s) and depression .... being depression the cause of the increase of the sensation of pain ? Sorry if it seems confusing ...it's confusing.... Thanks for the video !

    • @MigthyDucksz24

Sarno talked about anger and anxiety being too fundamental feelings for chronic pain. Also the fear accompanying it would keep the symptoms going. However, i would definitely thing there are people whove been depressed that also have exeperienced body pain for sure. It would make sense in a way since Ive been dealing with depression myself which i think causes alot of fatigue and mental and physical burnout. Also when i have been working out sometimes i have been feeling better just by the release of endorphins. So yeah i would say that it is possible. Its most likely tho not only one thing that is causing you to experience pain. More likely there are a multitude of different feelings and emotions. I think depression is also just a symptom or label for other deeper feelings or life events Thats been happening in your life. When we can feel and acknowledge and address those things it will become alot easier i think.
