What an amazing match. So close, even if the score didn't show it. John looked like he had it in the bag round 1, and then Ongarbaev got the stop, and slowly worked him down from there. Amazing. Thank you Engin for sharing and creating these matches!
Which match did you just watch? The last pin was incredible. Ongar just destroyed him.
@@MrDukeus John tried to hook Ongarbaev since his defensive toproll hadn’t worked. Since Ongarbaev was low hand toprolling, John got flattened, but he figured he should try.

Amazing job, Engin. You are an inspiration and a major cornerstone of armwrestling.
This doesn’t show John is lacking anything. It shows how high of a level Ongerbyeve is. John will continue on his rise.
John was ill and didn't have time to train due to constant supermatches in combination with recent illness. Next time he'll kill that dude just like in round one.
If John had this mindset, he wouldn't have won all the matches that he won. What is rise exactly if he is already perfect and there is nothing to improve?
"rise" ? since when did John fall?? John is just aging and that's about it.
I think that's unrealistic. John's a mutant, but you just saw a younger guy win by literally being strong longer.
Past a point which varies for us all, a younger guy who works just as hard will always have more endurance.

The first round was badass version of John Brzenk. Amazing that he was able to do that with Ongarbayev.

Ongarbaev is amazing ! I Really love to watch his matches!!
Great match, thought Brzenk was gonna do it, but Ongarbayev adapted really well.
I wish my countryman would have won when John was on his prime.Congrats brother anyway! Kazakstan🇰🇿👍

The most exciting thing was that Kydyrgali after the loss ing the 1st round didn't give out his wrist, although it was obvious that he was gonna top roll. The fact Kydyrgali did not let his wrist to John in all rounds after the first amazes me the most.
One of the most anticipated matches to ever be in arm wrestling, thank you so much Engin for setting this up

People wanna forget this savage made Levan pull out everything he has to pin him shaking all over. Ongarbaev is a special human.
What you just said described only the 1st of 6 rounds vs. Levan. Don't try to frame it as if Levan struggled barely won that match.
Lol he didnt. Levan looked like he toyed with him and had fun doing so
@@offthepageontoscreen5767 all im saying is that he made Levan have to work more than many others and he weighs 220- 230. You could tell Levan had to use full blast to get him. That's all I'm saying. Ongarbaev needs some more respect on his name. He's an animal
Ongarbaev was fouling his ass off the back of the pad every single time he moved Levan. The second he got to straps he couldn’t do anything. Ongarbaev is a beast but he’s not that kind of a beast.
Levan was never in fear of losing that match.. Ongarbaev was nothing but a fresh caught bass flipping around in his hand.
I’d love to see Ongarbayev’s training methodology, he seems to have a very dense musculature for the amount of power he’s carrying at his size. Insane.
There’s a few videos of him and his training narrated by Igor Mazurenko on TH-cam

Kydirgaly is the future of arm wrestling! Pure strength and the way he uses his whole body. I’m new to arm wrestling and I’m looking forward to seeing more of Kydirgaly soon!
What I have seen in arm wrestling that I have not seen in any other sports is the camaraderie. This is exciting and great to watch.

So damn impressive that at 60 yrs old John is still knocking on the door of the top guys in the world. The goat!
I am proud that my fellow countryman Kydyrgali won against the legend himself, but what I truly admire here is the mutual respect between the wrestlers, especially that coming from John Brzenk given his status in the arm wrestling world. Also props to commentators for doing their best to pronounce Kydyrgali's name and surname correctly, I know it's difficult for them lol.
that first round was awsome! but Ongarbaev know that John wont beat speed so he activated his full speed mode and adjust his old style.
