I love my Rancilio Silvia. Bought it in 2011 and it’s still going strong! I may get a gasket kit soon just in case. My Airbnb guests love my lattes!! I just subscribed and I’m going to watch more videos and learn more stuff. Can’t wait to try the drinks!!
Please please please do a tutorial of a PID install for the Silvia! I want so badly to install one but as a visual learner direction guide PDFs leave me a little nervous! I also don't want any down time without a machine to send it in!

try flipping the gasket upside down, alternate when start dripping. works every time! ;)
