Best ant videos on TH-cam! I'm in the USA and I'm wondering what the white board for the molds? I hear the description but I don't understand the name of the product. I'm getting centraboard? I know that's not right! 😂 I'm new to ant collecting and I'm very excited about trying your methods! Thanks for posting all this great info! Also, what sort of sand are you using? Thanks!
It's sintra board buddy they come with different thicknesses. I use fine sand from aquascaping store, you can use any fine sand just sterelized it with boiling kettle water if unsure about the safety of the product.

It's acrylic cake container buddy. You can use anything similar if available.

The wall is made from mixing tile grout powder and sand buddy. The acrylic glass is from leftovers from previous projects I bought it from a hardware store.

Bio active terrarium is the lowest maintenance buddy but you'll need to provide light and take care of the plants. You can check our ant keeping DIY playlist for different builds.

Love your videos, may i ask a question, which glue gun do you recommend for acryic sheets and are glue sticks non toxic?
Glue gun/hot glue isn't toxic buddy, but they won't last long if use on acrylic glass. You can use super glue but the downside is it's messy outcome. Acrylic cement is the best, I use weld on 4

Bro, could i ask what kind of ant barrier you use, ive seen in your other videos it looks like a glue stick. Also what kind of honey/sugar water you use as well. Thanks
It's fluon byFormica buddy. I use multiple sources of sweet like fruits, sugar and hot water 1:1 ratio. I also feed raw honey, or clover honey.

wait, what if the ants need expansion????
I designed this for early stage keeping only buddy. Prior to moving, we can detached the nest and connect it to a new set up from the entrance. You can also drill an expansion to the outworld in advance for an easier expansion.
