Why would you need a life coach to tell a friend you know longer want to be friends?..just be honest and tell them you just don’t need them in your life or as a friend….it’s that simply…I would not pay a life coach to tell me what is clearly obvious….you don’t need to explain to them if they are trying to put you in your box….you don’t owe them anything if they are telling you what to do….just cut ties with them.
I agree, but some people have not learnt this. Some people have really low self worth and also are sensitive to rejection, which makes it hard for them to reject also.
