Suppose in the last part about eleven minute something leon after boost , limit break and trigger its 33 and kai van its 13 ,he use 2 trigger and a intercept how can he loose? This is anime bug
@@Rakuin1020. glory maelstorm power after ultimate break and boost is 28k. Kai guard with 10k crit + 5k draw + 5k intercept. 28k glory vs 33k the blood (one trigger to pass)
people question why kai didn't pg maelstrom simple he didn't know glory maelstrom existed or had the grade 1 guard restrict and why kai didn't give the trigger effects to the blood again how was he going to know he'd get double triggers he was playing smart.
Wrong. If a player 2 passes and you drive check a draw trigger put it on the vanguard because a second check means the attack hits especially because: a) your vanguard has plus 1 crit and it won’t be able to hit for those numbers again since it’s ability cost is so high on top of the fast that Kai is at 5 damage so it’s in his best interest to do so before he takes another damage on top of the fact of it has hit Leon would have needed 2 heal triggers to survive and b) even if he didn’t get a second trigger on his drive check since the first check was a draw trigger he gets an extra card which will help him guard and if he thought a little he could have held off on a second attack with dusty plasma to stop Leon from using the full power of his boss unit (unless Leon had a unit like gingaku) on top of the fact that he is now on a 13k base which helps with guarding. Not to mention anyone with half a brain cell would think the opponent had a cross ride since Leon is a strong player despite his shitty morals and if one card like vermillion has ultimate break and a cross ride as it’s strongest boss monster that it would only make sense that Leon would get the same type of card since both are strong players. The only thing I will give you is that only in hindsight could one argue Kai should have done the pg the first time and 20k guard the second.
Kai would have won, but Luck was on Leon's side, so practically did nothing wrong and didn't know that his Malestorm had such a powerful effect that prevents the activation of Sentinel
@@razumahiroki9216 well kai could have called the perfect guard behind dusty plasma to still be able to hit maelstrom even after the heal he also knew leon had 2 grade 3 in hand of the 4 cards he had so he could have attacked with dusty plasma first as well
@@advancedv2 But the issue is he didn't knew about bloody Mealstrom and it's abilities, if he knew that bloody prevents him from using PG he would have used it prior to it's attack, but then again wasn't his damage at 4 already? Whether he used PG before or not wouldn't have mattered if his damage was at 4 because as far as I recall bloody gets a critical as well.
The misplay i was referring to was not putting all the triggers onto the blood. If u remember leons drive checks the turn before it was 2 g3 cards. Which means even if kai didnt check any triggers, leon had no more cards to guard with, so both rearguards would've hit maelstorm (assuming no dmg trigger checks but then leon woulda had to pull a trigger either way.) But since the blood had the extra crit, it would've been higher chance to end the game giving the triggers to the blood. But plot too strong rip
If only this fight could have been remade in V - Series; each with using a different Accel (+ it'll be an excuse to get a new Tear Knight Cyprus & Demonic Dragon Berserker Garuda)
Or even if he attacked with Dusty Plasma before Garura... Leon had only 2G3 in hand, you know thanks to triggers check from Maelstrom. Kai really was bad in this one, script had to make him loose, but not that obviously xD
@@stevanustrionanda6397Wrong. He should have given it to his vanguard which would have been the smarter play considering what Leon had in his hand thanks to his drive checks. Not to mention he could only use vermillions skill once since it’s cost is high and it had plus one critical which would have beaten Leon because Kai would have hit for 3 damage with the crit trigger. Even if Kai thought it wouldn’t kill giving the draw trigger to the dusty plasma wouldn’t have won him the game that turn anyway and giving Leon a 5th damage with Garuda would have given Leon access to Ultimate Break not to mention Kai had plenty of cards in hand to block a weaker Maelstrom as well as how weak Leon’s hand was after the blood attack. Not to mention Leon literally checked a 6th turn heal and top decked Maelstrom even though he had only grade 3s in hand, had 4 damage which would have blocked off his ultimate break and negated a heal since Kai had 5 damage to his 4. Kai only lost because of plot armor and the plot making him make bad plays so the MC could beat the big bad who ‘beat’ the strongest player. It happened with Ren and now it happens again with Leon.
I hate how they make Kai misplay hard because the main antagonist needs a win before the MC beats them. It happened with Ren and then Leon. Sucks to be a Kai fan when you gotta deal with plot armor.
Im feeling overlord the end vs Phantom blaster overlord vibes from this. He didn't know the other opponent has a strong crossride everytime lol

That’s very true
Kai would of won anyway if it weren't for the heal trigger
i agree, he already saw the last turn leon twin drive reveal two g3s
also didt he have the grade 2 that gains 3k because vermillion vg he could have attack with it first and leon should have 2 grades 3s

This battle can be recreated in the D format as Dec. 6, 2024 for Japan. Let's see how THE BLOOD and Glory are remade!

"Weak attack, but it counts."
Our 2 dramatics Queens fighting
when kai activate vermillion's limit break, that big circle appeared on top vermillion is very epic and violent
Man looking back, its so sad how they had to make kai misplay to have him lose at the very end
I don’t think Kai did anything wrong except lose by the fate of the draw. The Heal Trigger chose Leon in the end.

If only in Kai's final turn, he attacked with Dusty spark before Garuda.
he doesn't want to risk Leon getting trigger making guarding garuda easier ig
Leon literally got Grade 3 on every single one of his drive check except for his very last one, how is that even possible lmao
With the power of Psyquilla everything is possible, since he foresaw the triggers and some plot bullshit via the power of his "Wind"
This fight reminds me of Kai vs Ren when he pull out of “new” Overlord. Only that didn’t go to well either. Different fights same results 😥
