News Flash! I tested with embroidery thread and it does 100% work although don’t try and burn the ends instead just tie a knot, hope this helps

Can someone please HELP me with this question. My thread is going to go to waste. How do you determine how long to cut the thread to make a square knot bracelet? I have watched many videos, and I cannot always go by the length show in videos, because of variance in thread thickness will come into play. I would greatly appreciate any suggestion, as I will end up cutting the thread too long or too short. Thanks in advance.

is it really necessary to do 180cm bcs i feel like it would be a waste with my small wrist 😭
yea probably cut it shorter cause I have a small wrist and even thought I didn't use 180cm there was still too much thread left
i personally used 1m10 or so for my wrist
Maybe cut it down 10 cms or smtg
I just do my arm span and that’s usually enough x

You sure can! I used to make these in Jr High School with embroidery thread; the spiral was my specialty lol. Just make your knots double since you can't melt them.
