@@TheOnlyPlayerYT (Och, Spyro. Je hebt de geheime ingang van mijn lab gevonden. Ik heb het momenteel druk, dus daar is de niet zo geheime uitgang.) but the way it's said is very synical which works quite well with the Dutch language.
Hearing this song again takes me back to 2007. When it was a hot Friday summer day and you’re coming back home, excited for the weekends then you start your PS2 and this gem greets you. And you know you’re going to have a fun weekend I miss em now
That part hits my soul very hard everytime. Not lying. I imagine Spyro running to the top of a hill or mountain, looks down at the scenery and then glides on.
Steve Duckworth and Paul Lawler did a pretty good job emulating the style Stewart Copeland pioneered for Spyro with the acoustic guitars, drums, and fantasy infused elements. A Hero's Tails songs are a bit more electronic compared to Copeland's more classical orchestral-styled progressive rock.
Actually Steve Duckworth wasn't a composer on this game. Paul Lawler was though, alongside Keith Leary, David Marsden, and Craig Sharmat. They composed music at a studio called Game Audio Ltd. which has provided music services for several games, primarily licensed games like Buzz Lightyear of Star Command and Stuart Little 2. If you listen closely you can actually hear some of the same string, brass, and flute samples used in the soundtracks for Buzz Lightyear of Star Command and Stuart Little 2.
it's cool since the acoustic guitar samples here are the same ones from the original trilogy :] not to be confused with the dulcimer interspersed in this track
Actually, there exists an original OST for Hero's Tail that was a lot more in-line with Copeland's style, but it was rejected. I think you can find the album for download too.
Oh, Spyro. You found the secret entrance to my lab. I'm busy right now, so let me show you the not so secret exit.
All this inventing is hard. Maybe I should invent a machine that invents a clone of myself...
ooohhhh! Spyro...
I swear this is funnier in dutch, i remember my dad rolling in his chair about that line.
@@CaydeVanlue1999what does it say in Dutch?

This light gem greets you?
haha, yes!
This game was the best growing up
I agree with you
I played ETD because this broke in 2013. That's when my oldest save is dated to.
Completely, it’s still so magical playing it
2:12 Just screams “adventure awaits”.
It’s like the kind of part you’d hear in gameplay trailers
That part hits my soul very hard everytime. Not lying. I imagine Spyro running to the top of a hill or mountain, looks down at the scenery and then glides on.
Well what are we waiting for Let's Go!!!
that's just the part i remember from this ost.
Best ost in the game it’s so goofy and happy I love it
This feels so sad in a way. It was the summer I finished Grade 6, in 2009, the last time I heard this. Damn. 😮 Melancholia…
Home safe Home

so glad I still have this game
I wish I were you
Got it on Gamecube so far, Fun game
Best game of my childhood (alongside with Sonic, Zelda and many more, but this one was such a gem)
This was my childhood right here.
Why is this music so damn cute?!
It really is. Spyros charge gallop is nearly in time to this song too.
@@qmto Exactly!
If you want my opinion, it sounds like a couple dancing in a sweet and fast way!
@@qmtoessss most of the songs align with spyro galloping but i think this one is the one that takes the cake
I demand they remaster this game
Agreed. Maybe in a second reignited trilogy.
NOSTALGIA!
Peak music for the start of the game, how can this fit so perfectly ?
The tone kinda reminds me of the Sims, anyone else get that vibe?
My wife said the samething, so you’re not alone in feeling that way my man’s
now that you mention it
I got the same vibe. Also a bit of MySims too.
I notice this uses the electric noises that are everywhere in the red's lab track...convinced that's on purpose!
Gotta buy a PS2 again just to replay this....
The start of this song makes me think of the word "junction"
Best of music😅❤
It's like some of that youtube funny dog video music
Can you get the music from Kinect Rush?
Is it just me, or does part of the beginning kinda sound like Marble Zone from the first Sonic?......
Dude! It totally does! I thought I was the only one!
