As a Christian, this is something on a secular level without maybe attributing all your hard work and through Christ but also take a minute to reward yourself for having that mental fortitude. I guess what I'm saying is that I needed to hear that. Difficult time in my life and I have relapsed on drugs and that helped relieve the guilt and anger I had for myself.
