Love the scripture! I recalll a Wait Upon The Lord lyric in the More Power to Ya by Petra but I think that one was from Isaiah. All waiting upon The Lord can be beneficial to our spirit... growing stronger.
The fool saith in his heart there is no God! But God loved you so much and we are all sinners and there is no place for sin with him or it would be like this on earth. He is a Spirit but became Flesh in the name Christ Jesus and he was slain for all sinners who trust in him for forgiveness and he arose the third day conquering death so we don’t ha e to die but will have everlasting life with him and the Father! It’s harder to not believe in him then it is to believe yet you bet your soul on a prideful and stubborn heart. Ask Jesus to reveal himself to you and he will. Call up on him. He will save you from sin, and death. Romans 10 9-13. 1 Corinthians 15:1-4. Trust him now before he leaves you for what’s coming!

This is actually a really great update and video! Thank you for update (we had 4 or more tornados touch down up here in VA and one was only like 50 or so miles away from us, scary). Where are yall going to in CA? We are originally from San Diego and my mom was in Sacramento for like 30 plus years.

Our property was a foreclosure as well, and it’s no joke. Lots of waiting. Lots of chasing nothings. Lots of pushing off closing date. It was worth it in the end, hang in there!!

You are going to be so nailed down to whatever property you end up with, between projects ,garden, and farm animals. You might enjoy exploring the places, sights, hikes, people, groups, resources.
You could also find plans for feeding and watering, etc. that are lower maintenance...
like on a timer for water refill, and multi day reserve for feed. Cameras to keep an eye on it...
Set up so fewer steps, workstations- tools and materials near at hand where they'll be used.
You'll be working harder soon, building stamina and strength beforehand could be prudent.
Thank you for the update. I was wondering. Bought the house and property where I live thirty-some years ago. Looked at a few places and totally loved this place, still do. Looked at the house and before making an offer, my good friends brother made an offer and got it. Was so sad. A month later, his offer fell through. I was so happy. It was a God thing. The wait was so worth it. Enjoy each other. If it is meant to be, it will happen; in God's time not ours.

I think you are right.......the delay actually work's with your travel schedule! I think your patience will serve you well. After all, you are already envisioning yourself living at the property! That isn't that easy to find.

I’m glad you’re still in good spirits after all the waiting. Here’s a tip that may help....Estes freight lines has a deal where they will send you an empty truck trailer, you have a few days to fill it and put up a barrier, they pick it up and take it to your destination and you have a few more days to unload it. They use the unused space to haul other things close to your destination and unload it before they come to bring your stuff. When my daughter moved from Idaho to Texas a few years ago it cost about $800. I’m sure the price is higher now, but it might be worth looking into. It was a lot cheaper than hiring a Uhaul at the time and they didn’t have to deal with taking it.

Waiting is difficult, but the reward will come. I planned to be half way thru a house build on my Ozark property right now, but life had other plans...so we wait. Nonetheless, I'm still traveling from SW FL to MO in 10 days for the Baker Creek Festival! See you there!!
