I needed to hear your video today! I been an agent for 7 months, I have done 6 rental leads (TX) on my own, which I'm proud of lol . I had my first seller listing and she cancelled within 44 days on the market. During my time with her, we were getting cash offers which she denied because they were lower then what she was asking, and I advise her to lower the price as well and declutter more. NOPE! she didn't listen. Well, within 3 days of the other agent who has been in the industry for 5 years got her house sold in 3 days :(. Now, I feel a little down but in that situation I learned a few things as well. I know my time will come, I have to be patience and stay consistence.

I'm still very new, within my first 6 months actually. I remember watching all your videos during my typical 9-5 job as preparation and motivation. In one video you said you passed your exam in one try and that you like to think since you studied so hard, you aced it even though we don't get to see our scores. I remember thinking "I want to be like THAT! I want that confidence and to pass in one go like LeAnn!" When I tell you I studied alllll day at that job, listened to videos on the way to and from work, played audio quizzes in the shower and while I worked out, did flashcards while getting my oil changed... and I passed on my first try thank God! I felt so confident and proud of myself then and I'm trying hard to get back to that. I just wanted to say you've helped me a lot on this new journey and I'm happy you're back and posting again!

I have been a Realtor for almost 2 years in August and it is a struggle but I’m happy with the growth I proved to myself I could be. Closed only 4 transactions but I know many is ahead!

Wow, this chipped away some of the doubt and worry that has been in my energy since I signed with a broker 3 weeks ago. I’m transitioning from New Home Sales mindset so this world is quite intimidating for a introvert like me. I also had the thought of working a secure job while doing RE cause my savings can’t hold me for too long lol. I shared your video with my other colleagues who started with me that also shared these same feelings. It’s scary, but I sure do hope you’re right. Thank you for sharing!
