There a commercial where a woman goes into the bathroom to be alone and gain her energy back. LOL I'm a social introvert as well. I know this isn't about makeup and looks, but I love your signature look. Oh yes, the phone books were thrown on the porch and they were the go to booster seat. I remember paying extra on the landline phone bill to prevent having the personal phone number in the book. " Private number" Now , there is no such thing as private. Google made sure of that. My favorite is when you spoke about some safety tips. That is high on my list .
I like the siting at a bar setting. I love a natural organic conversation that comes with a nice cocktail. lol

I used to work at country clubs and bartend, so putting others at ease, listening and up-selling is something in my belt. You have such great, quality advice. Thank you for sharing. I remember phone books!!! 😂😂😂 👏 I would recommend getting a membership or get lessons from the pro, fundraising tournaments are a great place to bump elbows with a lot of local professionals, or auction at the dinner!! OK....I worked at Yellow Pages just before it changed to an electronic format. So not only do I remember yp books, I actually sold ads in the books.

🤣🤣 girl I remember the phone book. I remember using it to look for a friend's number when I lost their number. 🤦🏽 Yellow pages and white pages. We had a phone book for every county. We actually still get phone books delivered to our house around here in Southwest Virginia. I grew up in Northern Indiana and remember getting the big thick ones when I was a kid. I think it is once a year here and they deliver a very small phone book. It is just yellow business pages. We toss it in a drawer and then find it a year or two later and throw it away. Maybe now that I am going to be a real estate agent it will get some use lol.
Omg, I am loving the new episodes!! You always come with the gems, great advice and encouragement at the same time. I love the “organic networking” that’s truly how I meet people and just spark conversations so knowing that I can use this to grow my business but most importantly build real/great business relationships was very helpful! I also took away that being present in the office or being apart of meetings and little functions my broker may host is also great piece of advice I will definitely use…I mean everything you put out is golden and I always feel pumped and excited when I finish watching. Since DAY 1 of me deciding to research “how to become a real estate agent” your page was the first video and I have been apart of this community ever since! ❤️❤️ sorry for this long post but you have definitely impacted my life in a major way on here and IG… I be on the lives and love them!! Before I even watch your videos-I instantly like them 😆 because I know I’m always in for a treat! You are truly amazing! I started watching you before I became licensed....am here I am now a fully licensed agent in Illinois. I thought I wanted to specialize in short sales but that turned into a headache lol and then I’m wasn’t getting the support I needed from my virtual brokerage....so I’m in the process of switching agencies. You’re right! We need to get out and network and have a good mentor as a new agent! Thank you for being so relatable and authentic. You ARE PURE GOLD! LOVE YA GIRL!

I think it's been about a year or so since a phone book showed up on my steps. But I do remember when they included home numbers because no one had cell phones.
