Buy an installment house and lot instead of renting monthly. Kahit maliit lng. Kapag nakaipon ka, buy another bigger property and rent out the small one. Look for a free flooded area.
Do not use the muriatic acid directly to the floor or any surface, it should be diluted with water and soap... Direct muriatic removes the glaze of the tiles or bowl, then that's the time na the more stain will accomulate... Just an advice..
Be careful trusting too much with a friend. Just a friendly reminder.

Suggestion iha, pag medyo kumita ka sa business magtabi ka pakaunti unti para kahit maliit na lupa na medyo elevated sa daan kasi mukhang bahain jan. Mag invest ka iha.
The landlord known of this flooding issue. They wanted to rent the apartment to you and get your money.

Try baking soda. Wipe them all over . Leave over night. The next day, spray vinegar on dried covered baking soda. The grime and stain will come out.

I have learned that before I move to a particular place, I will visit that place during rainy season. In this way I could see if that area floods.
Maybe they wanted to find a place and move right away.

Sabi nga ng pqrents ko sobrang mahal na daw talaga mga apartment diyan sa ilocos kaya yung kapatid ko dinala na lang anak nia sa cavite para mag aral.Nagtaka ako sa monthly mo diyan halos same lang sa nirerentahan kong bahay na up&down sa isang fil invest subdivision sa gentri tapos ikaw pa nag ayos na dapat yung nagpapaupa nag ayos muna niyan bago move in

Whatever is not functioning in that apartment, you should complain to the landlord and they should clean that to make it livable, you don’t clean that apartment the landlord should do it…you need to complain…

Oh no nag flood pala diyan ☹️ When I was growing up sa Pampanga, it would flood a lot din sa 80s sa street namin. Na experience din namin yung Pinatubo 30 years ago nung 91.

Floods may become more common this la nina plus rainy season months and with climate change. I suggest to find a 2nd floor apartment to rent. Sayang un gamit na mababasa at masisira.
Sana mag ayus kaparin yulad nh dati bago ka nia nakilala na maganda at fresh mahalin mo ang iyong sarili wag pabayaan ❤️

Chlorox or baking soda is better , ibabad ng ilang oras then scrub or brush it . Maputi at makintab pa after.

Im really suprised that you didnt check or ask the neighbors if the area floods. so sad that the owner would allow that to happen.
When you cleaning that kind of dirty try to use a simple method like baking soda and vinegar and leave for 15 minutes or more at least safe for you and your daughter that kind of stuff

I hope that owners would clean the space before letting it rented to others. So dirty. Should be presentable. The owner should check the property once in a while if everything is ok. Drainage must be resolved......ew....so dirty with unpleasant when flooded.
