I don't understand why so much personal expense and clean up work on the apartment with the flooding is being done by the tenant before moving in. Isn't it normal for the apartment owner to fix all that? My parents built apartments when I was a kid. When renters left, usually its always dirty and we end up cleaning, repairing, and painting to make it decent for new renters. I wasn't a follower of the previous channel or the pre divorce story but maybe Momimhay can buy her own house and lot from the settlement so money and effort in improvements of the property goes to yourself. Even if the house floods, it maybe annoying but kinda okay if it's your own property bec you can deal with it as you see fit.
