the 6mm dowel isn't the same as a size 6mm knitting needle, is it? i bought knitting needles today that say 6mm size and it appears so much more narrow than the ones you have made. i would still like to make my own so i'm curious about the sizing issue.
Ivan Maroto the ones I used were the same size as 6mm needles, as the measurement is related to the circumference of the dowel/needle they shouldn’t be different. Maybe it’s different outside of New Zealand? Was the issue that they were too big, or too small?
@@dannisswara2539 it's a New Zealand wood called Rata. But if you go to your local hardware store and look for 6mm dowel you should be fine with what they have. Get the hardest wood possible.

great job am too lazy n got lots of take out chopsticks so i use that n just Sharpen the end and sand them smooth is well good too.

What liquid you used in this video ?
Just warm water and about a tablespoon of dishwashing liquid. Any soap would work 😁
