I just thought of a cheat sheet to remember which one is which. Son Clave. 3 equally spaced hits . S-1,O-2,N-3. But with rumba clave, there is more rumba(room) between the 2nd and 3rd hit.
Thanks a lot! What program did you used to generate this video? I want to play with some rithm combinations, and I would like to make more complex patterns. Thanks!
This is the best and simplest breakdown. Thank you!
Straight to the point. Loved it.

My good sir, can you do a video of triplet with rumba clave, particularly 2/3 rumba clave, please?
Thank you for sharing. In the 2/3 Rumba clave the 3rd sound should fall in 4 instead of the + of 4. RIght?
It should fall on the + of 4. On the 4 would be son clave
Great but some music to acompany it would have been sick
Thank you!
