As people have stated what a beautiful boat but, morning fees & all the rest of the costs in London are exceptionally high... one main factor is, price depreciation whereas property goes up in value. but what a wonderful life a person can have - this way of living.
I always focus on the small annoying details. How do you add fabric softener to the washing machine? The pull out tray is against the ceiling. How do you even reach the clothes, climb on to the counter top? Are they going to rent out the rear apartment that has a shared entrance through the dining room? Or is it for a teenager who doesn't need a full kitchen in his bedroom. Spend 20k furnishing it and it might sell
ehm, where is tech room with engine, water storage, etc ...? It´s very good idea put a kitchen to the bow, but rest of ship is pure chaos. for a start, why 4 doors in wheelhouse? with two doors, there will be place for better furniture than a central table. I´ll ask for better entertainment next time. One time we look at terrace on a roof, next time we are in bedroom... is anywhere name of a boat?
