@@BluJns - a purse? Ya, I'd love a nice purse too, but I believe that particular type of leather may be far _too_ soft to take the beating that a purse tends to get. Leather _that_ soft is ridiculously expensive, and incredibly soft leather should be rendered into an article of clothing (IMHO) to be worn 🤩

Bvlgari signature colour is believe to be emerald green. It is one of the most beautiful shades of green.

For real! I do some leather stuff as a hobby and at least a third of the work is just cutting the leather-and at Hermès, the craftsmen don’t do that. They get a box of pieces from the cutting department where the pieces have been cut by machine.

I have a hide and planning out my bag is scary! I have a collection of ‘luxury’ bags Chanel/LV/Mulberry etc but purchased a beautiful bag from Jack Wills a few years ago and it’s worn in perfectly the thickness of the leather and quality of craftsmanship is off the scale! I don’t think they make bags like that now but if you can find one I’d love to see a review it cost me £250 and genuinely I’s say it beats any high end bag all across the board. Love your content!

Wait how were you able to find the leather Hermes uses? Genuinely curious, because high end brands don’t reveal their material sourcing manufacturers easily. That’s why it’s so hard to find nonproprietary fabrics.
I was also under the impression that you couldn’t just buy Hermes’ leather. I also am curious.
Its not as exclusive as you are lead to believe plus if you’re in the industry and know where to go you can get almost anything. Time to stop believing the hype

Hermes owns their tanneries of which there are 7. You can find authentic Hermes Togo tanned by their D'Annonay Tannery if you know where to look.
@@johnnyregs2378 they don’t sell their leather to individual people. You have to be a business and they strictly control who can buy. You can not be a direct competitor doing bags for instance. They sell their leather for luxury cars or private jet for instance.

You could make a simple yet somewhat structured Dr's Bag with a structured top handle in a durable substantial gold closure, silk lining and a small matching mirror to slip inside small interior pocket, create a center separation inside the bag for easy use.

LOL, yeah! He should make a Birkin of vastly, comically oversized proportions. I’m sure there’s a jeweler on TH-cam or TikTok who could make some proportionally gigantic hardware in sterling silver. Someone else could make a beanbag cushion that fits inside it so that we can pose a model sitting in it, photograph her, and then run an article with the headline, “Are luxury brands getting carried away in their own hype?” And then auction the bag for charity-because you KNOW someone out there will pay a million bucks for a Birkin so big they could carry a toddler in it.

Make a huge XXL tote bag. That can be used daily. To bring heavy things, like food in 3 huge glass tupperwares.
I bring a huge tote bag to work, with many food & a huge thermos for my coffee or other beverages. Those small bags will not do, bought it exactly for usage, but my tote bag is in a black & white pattern looks OK. So I can bring many2 things with me with ease, you should have a compartment for laptop & pen holders too that's definitely a plus! Design a thermos/bottle holder would be good to!

a Native American dress, moccasins, fancy arm length dress gloves, kilt or breeches (both with lots of pockets), jacket - shirt, wrist guards (1 1/2 - 4"), wallet with lots of pockets (& hidden pockets) for everything, or backpack purse (with a plethora of pockets), baby booties😁, or anything you can imagine since you're the creator, do what you want to make the most.
Considering how much movement it has, I'd say a jacket, pencil skirt or sheath dress. If we're going for a bag then something droopy. A clutch bag?

Make a practical Birkin like bag in the spirit of the classic design. One that had useful pockets, isnt a nightmare to open and close if your phone rings or you need your wallet, and isnt so large that it's awkward while you open and close it or gaping open with a wide mouth whenever you decide to not close it
