- Today we can do an igloo meditation (aka the "gray room technique") to work on acknowledging and burning away our negative feelings and encourage our positive vibes. We can get to some mindful breathing, body awareness, and use the power of our imaginations to envision a loving and joyful feeling that you can take with you throughout your day.
