I've stood 15 feet from a sasquatch deep in the Canadian wilderness. The eyes were a luminous yellow color, pure soul fire! Years later, a Sasquatch taught me to acquaint myself with the inner realms of liquid light that permeates all existence. Meditate often. Visualize breathing white light to facilitate healing or cultivate a deeper connection to a person you put in focus. Sasquatch are often misunderstood, with some individuals exhibiting stereotypical behaviors like rummaging through trash, consuming raw meat, and using unrefined hygiene practices. However, others display more complex and sophisticated traits, such as being bilingual, holding deep spiritual beliefs, and even utilizing technology like lithography. Much like humans, Sasquatch exhibit a diverse range of behaviors, personalities, aggression levels, and experiences interacting with humans. Stay strong, shine, you are loved ❤️

Hi my name is John Acosta I used to live in Algonac at one of the mobile home parks I moved to Alpena and since I moved out here everything's been really good and I like it up here a lot I caught your yoga Algonac and it interests me because I am interested in trying yoga I must tell you long time ago I was hit by a car right there in the corner of State Street it was like two houses away from my house but either way it put me in a bad accident busted up bones and knee caps and things like that well since then I got neuropathy really really bad in my legs and what happens there is that I am trying to heal myself and yoga seems like maybe something I could do but my balance is way way off I do wear braces because I also have drop foot and I'd like to give this a try I hear so much about yoga but I would have to do it here in Alpena and pay attention to your videos so if you would please send me some videos that I can watch that might help with my neuropathy and my balance sincerely John Acosta
