4:43 after adding curves in my blender it not showing curves option in shapes. What can i do? Bcz i have to follow curves. Anyone help me please

In order to change the shape to curve, the text has to be converted to a curve first.
You can do that by selecting the text, then selecting object->convert-> curve
The step is shown at 4:20 just in case you're having trouble finding it.
If it still isn't working, you can send screenshots to my Instagram and I'll try to sort it out there.
