    We do not follow dietary guide lines And time schedule in our day to day life.
    Sugar patients should strictly follow the time schedule.
    Maximum 7.30 pm one should complete their dinner.
    2 or 3 boiled eggs.
    100 gms of any millets with 300 gms of any cooked vegetable.
    75 gms millets + 300 gms of vegetable
    of dal
    50 gms of millets with 200 gms of curd.
    Stop eating from 9 PM TO NEXT DAY MORNING 11PM.
    EARLLY MORNING HAVE GREEN TEA
    OR CREAM COFEE 50 ML
    Cream is a fat..insulin levels do not raise for fat ,even if they raise , for one table spoon cream it is neglilugible
