సార్ నమస్తే. నా వయసు 62 ఏళ్లు. నేను చాలా కాలం గా మీ సందేశములు చూస్తున్నాను. కానీ ఇప్పుడు ఈ ఇంటర్వ్యూ చూసి నా సందేహములు తీర్చుకోదలిచాను. నేను నిన్నటి నుండి 9 రకాల సిరిధాన్యములను తీసుకొచ్చి ఎండలో ఎండబెట్టి పిండి ఆడించుకన్నాను. 41/2 కిలోల పిండి తయారయ్యింది. నిన్న మొదటి సారి కొద్ది పిండి తో 2 చపాతీలు చేయబోతే రాలేదు. దబ్బరొట్టె లా తట్టుకుని కాల్చుకొన్నాను. ఈరోజు నెట్ లో చూసి చపాతీలు చేయడం పద్ధతి ప్రకారం కలిపి పెట్టి ఈ లోపల మీ ఇంటర్వ్యూ చూస్తూ కామెంట్ వ్రాస్తున్నాను. సార్ ఈ 9 రకాలతో చేసిన పిండి తో రోజూ రాత్రి 2 చపాతీలు తినవచ్చా సార్? బెల్లంతో టీ కాచుకొంటాను. నాకూ థైరాయిడ్ ఉంది. డాక్టర్ గారిచ్చిన ట్యాబ్లెట్లు వాడుతున్నాను. జుట్టు బాగా రాలిపోయి తల కనిపిస్తూ ఉంటుంది. కుంకుడు కాయలతో రసం పిండి తల స్నానం చేస్తాను. తలనొప్పి అయితే ఊరకే వచ్చేస్తుంది. ఏం చేయాలి సార్. దయచేసి చెప్పండి సార్ నమస్తే
