White Memorial & Ripley Waterfowl Conservancy are great. Topsmead & Mt.Tom ( nearby in Washington) also worthy of exploration. However………….. This town is extremely overrated. There are much nicer looking towns in CT, for starters.This town has a reputation for being snotty. Also too expensive and too many New Yorkers!!!!
