- If you visited us during the Parade of Homes in October you took a ride up this steep drive to this home. We're going back in time to earlier this year when we were still getting the site and foundation ready. Watch to see all the engineering that took place to turn this mountainside into a home!

Seems like you might be able to generate some electricity considering you have a lot of water and a hilly site.
outside of the box thinking, our rain comes in bunches then no rain unfortunately
So as close as the houses are, i suppose the house on the bottom of the hill has the ( benefit ) of all the water coming down from all the houses on the higher lots. lol
And, since the lots dont appear to be very large, where does the sewage system go?
As for the beautiful view, O K so long as you dont object to your neibors roof color.
Great questions. These homes are on city sewer so no septic. With water runoff we worked with the home above and below to make sure diverted water away from above our home with swells and with our water runoff our landscape architect designed retention ponds or diverted the water to the road to the road drainage system.
Great comment and questions. Your right it does take planning or issues will arise.
How much?
Approx $350000 for site prep including retaining walls
Good video but gotta be faster
always happy for feedback
