No, it's not the same. The business account is something similar

That's because Tiktok is trying to remove the pro and creator account. If you want to get the direct messages, you just have to go to 'settings' then 'privacy' then here turn off the 'private account' then scroll down and click on 'direct messages' and set it to friends

That's impossible. Are you sure you went to "manage account" ? The last options has to be "switch to pro account " and "delete account" and you have to click "switch to pro". Please comment here again if you still couldn't figure this out
